Bear Wallpapers HD 1.3 APK
Сollection of Deer wallpapers, 51 images.Features:Save to SDSet as wallpaperBears are mammals of the family Ursidae. Bears are classified ascaniforms, or doglike carnivorans, with the pinnipeds being theirclosest living relatives. Although only eight species of bears areextant, they are widespread, appearing in a wide variety ofhabitats throughout the Northern Hemisphere and partially in theSouthern Hemisphere. Bears are found on the continents of NorthAmerica, South America, Europe, and Asia.Common characteristics of modern bears include large bodies withstocky legs, long snouts, shaggy hair, plantigrade paws with fivenonretractile claws, and short tails. While the polar bear ismostly carnivorous and the giant panda feeds almost entirely onbamboo, the remaining six species are omnivorous, with varieddiets. With the exceptions of courting individuals and mothers with theiryoung, bears are typically solitary animals. They are generallydiurnal, but may be active during the night (nocturnal) or twilight(crepuscular), particularly around humans. Bears are aided by anexcellent sense of smell, and despite their heavy build and awkwardgait, they can run quickly and are adept climbers and swimmers. Inautumn, some bear species forage large amounts of fermented fruits, which affects their behaviour. Bears use shelters, such as cavesand burrows, as their dens; most species occupy their dens duringthe winter for a long period of sleep similar to hibernation.Bears have been hunted since prehistoric times for their meat andfur. To this day, they play a prominent role in the arts, mythology, and other cultural aspects of various human societies. In modern times, the bears' existence has been pressured throughthe encroachment on their habitats and the illegal trade of bearsand bear parts, including the Asian bile bear market. The IUCNlists six bear species as vulnerable or endangered, and even leastconcern species, such as the brown bear, are at risk of extirpationin certain countries. The poaching and international trade of thesemost threatened populations are prohibited, but still ongoing.Bears are generally bulky and robust animals with relativelyshort legs. They are sexually dimorphic with regard to size, withthe males being larger. Larger species tend to show increasedlevels of sexual dimorphism in comparison to smaller species, andwhere a species varies in size across its distribution, individualsfrom larger-sized areas tend also to vary more. Bears are the mostmassive terrestrial members of the order Carnivora. Someexceptional polar bears and Kodiak bears (a brown bear subspecies)have been weighed at over 750 kg (1,700 lb). As to which species isthe largest depends on whether the assessment is based on whichspecies has the largest individuals (brown bears) or on the largestaverage size (polar bears), as some races of brown bears are muchsmaller than polar bears. Adult male Kodiak bears average 480 to533 kg (1,100 to 1,180 lb) compared to an average of 386 to 408 kg(850 to 900 lb) in adult male polar bears, per the Guinness Book ofWorld Records. The smallest bears are the sun bears of Asia, whichweigh an average of 65 kg (140 lb) for the males and 45 kg (99 lb)for the females, though the smallest mature females can weigh only20 kg (44 lb). All "medium"-sized bear species (which include theother five extant species) are around the same average weight, withmales averaging around 100 to 120 kg (220 to 260 lb) and femalesaveraging around 60 to 85 kg (130 to 190 lb).Legal notice: We believe our images fall under the fair usedoctrine as they are reduced size and excerpted for informationalpurposes/or public domain. Little Pony Gallery Wallpapers 2.0 APK
After the appearance of cartoon "My LittlePony" interest to the ponies has increased considerably, bothadults and children want to know more about these beautiful rareanimals.A pony is a small horse. Depending on context, a pony may be ahorse that is under an approximate or exact height at the withers,or a small horse with a specific conformation and temperament. There are many different breeds. Compared to other horses, poniesoften exhibit thicker manes, tails and overall coat, as well asproportionally shorter legs, wider barrels, heavier bone, thickernecks, and shorter heads with broader foreheads. The word "pony"derives from the old French poulenet, meaning foal, a young, immature horse, but this is not the modern meaning; unlike a horsefoal, a pony remains small when fully grown. However, on occasion, people who are unfamiliar with horses may confuse an adult ponywith a foal. The ancestors of most modern ponies developed small stature due toliving on the margins of livable horse habitat. These smalleranimals were domesticated and bred for various purposes all overthe northern hemisphere. Ponies were historically used for drivingand freight transport, as children's mounts, for recreationalriding, and later as competitors and performers in their own right.During the Industrial Revolution, particularly in Great Britain, asignificant number were used as pit ponies, hauling loads of coalin the mines.Ponies are generally considered intelligent and friendly, thoughsometimes they also are described as stubborn or cunning. Properlytrained ponies are appropriate mounts for children who are learningto ride. Larger ponies can be ridden by adults, as ponies areusually strong for their size. In modern use, many organizationsdefine a pony as a mature horse that measures less than 14.2 hands(58 inches, 147 cm) at the withers, but there are a number ofexceptions. Different organizations that use a strict measurementmodel vary from 14 hands (56 inches, 142 cm) to nearly 14.3 hands(59 inches, 150 cm). Many breeds classify an animal as either horseor pony based on pedigree and phenotype, no matter its height. Somefull-sized horses may be called "ponies" for various reasons oftradition or as a term of endearment.Pony breeds have developed all over the world, particularly incold and harsh climates where hardy, sturdy working animals wereneeded. They are remarkably strong for their size. Breeds such asthe Connemara pony, are recognized for their ability to carry afull-sized adult rider. Pound for pound ponies can pull and carrymore weight than a horse. Draft-type ponies are able to pull loadssignificantly greater than their own weight, with larger poniescapable of pulling loads comparable to those pulled by full-sizeddraft horses, and even very small ponies able to pull as much as450 percent of their own weight.Nearly all pony breeds are very hardy, easy keepers that share theability to thrive on a more limited diet than that of aregular-sized horse, requiring half the hay for their weight as ahorse, and often not needing grain at all. However, for the samereason, they are also more vulnerable to laminitis and Cushing'ssyndrome. They may also have problems with hyperlipemia.Ponies are generally considered intelligent and friendly, thoughsometimes they also are described as stubborn or cunning. Thedifferences of opinion often result from an individual pony'sdegree of proper training. Ponies trained by inexperiencedindividuals, or only ridden by beginners, can turn out to bespoiled because their riders typically lack the experience base tocorrect bad habits. Properly trained ponies are appropriate mountsfor children who are learning to ride. Larger ponies can be riddenby adults, as ponies are usually strong for their size.

Gachet was recommended by Camille Pissarro, had treatedseveral other artists, and was himself an amateur artist. VanGogh's first impression was that Gachet was "...sicker than I am, Ithink, or shall we say just as much." In June 1890 he painted anumber of portraits of the physician, including Portrait of Dr.Gachet, and his only etching; in each the emphasis is on Gachet'smelancholic disposition. Van Gogh stayed at the Auberge Ravoux, where he paid 3 francs and 50 centimes to rent an attic roommeasuring 75 square feet (7.0 m2).Before he left, In his last weeks at Saint-Remy, Van Gogh'sthoughts returned to his "memories of the North", and several ofthe approximately 70 oils he painted during his 70 days inAuvers-sur-Oise, such as The Church at Auvers, are reminiscent ofnorthern scenes.Wheat Field with Crows (July 1890) is an example of the doublesquare technique he developed in the last weeks of his life. In itsturbulent intensity, it is among his most haunting and elementalworks. It is often mistakenly believed to be his last work, Hulskerlists seven paintings that postdate it.Barbizon painter Charles Daubigny had moved to Auvers in 1861, andthis in turn drew other artists there, including Camille Corot andHonore Daumier.List of paintings:01 Daubigny s Garden 202 Daubigny s Garden 303 Daubigny s Garden04 Doctor Gachet s Garden in Auvers05 Ears of Wheat06 Farmhouse with Two Figures07 Field with Poppies08 Field with Stacks of Wheat09 Field with Wheat Stacks10 Garden in Auvers11 Haystacks under a Rainy Sky12 Houses in Auvers 213 Houses in Auvers14 Landscape at Auvers in the Rain15 Carriage and Train in the Background16 Landscape with the Chateau of Auvers at Sunset17 Landscape with Three Trees and a House18 Marguerite Gachet at the Piano19 Marguerite Gachet in the Garden20 Plain Near Auvers21 Adeline Ravoux 222 Adeline Ravoux 323 Adeline Ravoux24 Portrait of Doctor Gachet 225 Portrait of Doctor Gachet L Homme a la Pipe26 Portrait of Doctor Gachet27 Glass with Carnations28 Glass with Wild Flowers29 Japanese Vase with Roses and Anemones30 Pink Roses31 Red Poppies and Daisies32 Vase with Flower and Thistles33 Vase with Rose-Mallows34 Thatched Cottages at Cordeville35 Cottages by a Hill36 Cottages in Jorgus37 Thatched Cottages38 Sandstone Cottages in Chaponval39 The Church at Auvers40 The Fields41 The Grove42 The House of Pere Eloi43 The House of Pere Pilon44 The Little Arlesienne45 The Little Stream46 The White House at Night47 Tree Roots and Trunks48 Two Children 249 Two Children50 Two Women Crossing the Fields51 Undergrowth with Two Figures52 View of Auvers with Church53 View of Auvers54 View of Vessenots Near Auvers55 Village Street and Steps in Auvers with Figures56 Village Street and Steps in Auvers with Two Figures57 Village Street in Auvers58 Vineyards with a View of Auvers59 Wheat Field at Auvers with White House60 Under Clouded Sky61 Cornflowers62 Wheat Field with Crows63 Wheat Fields at Auvers Under Clouded Sky64 near Auvers65 Wheat Fields with Auvers in the Background66 Wild Flowers and Thistles in a Vase67 Young Girl Standing Against a Background of Wheat68 Young Peasant Woman with Straw Hat Sitting in the Wheat

However, if you would like to requestremoval of an image from our collection for copyright reasons, feelfree to contact us at [email protected] and we'll be happy tooblige. On 8 May 1889, accompanied by his carer, the Reverend Salles,Van Gogh committed himself to the hospital at SaintPaul-de-Mausole. A former monastery in Saint-Remy less than 20miles (32 km) from Arles, the monastery is located in an area ofcornfields, vineyards and olive trees at the time run by a formernaval doctor, Dr. Theophile Peyron. Theo arranged for two smallrooms—adjoining cells with barred windows. The second was to beused as a studio.During his stay, the clinic and its garden became the main subjectsof his paintings. He made several studies of the hospitalinteriors, such as Vestibule of the Asylum and Saint-Remy(September 1889). Some of the work from this time is characterizedby swirls—including one of his best-known paintings The StarryNight. He was allowed short supervised walks, which led topaintings of cypresses and olive trees, like Olive Trees with theAlpilles in the Background 1889, Cypresses 1889, Cornfield withCypresses (1889), Country road in Provence by Night (1890). ThatSeptember he also produced a further two versions of Bedroom inArles.Limited access to the world outside the clinic resulted in ashortage of subject matter. He was left to work on interpretationsof other artist's paintings, such as Millet’s The Sower and Noon –Rest from Work (after Millet), as well as variations on his ownearlier work. Van Gogh was an admirer of the Realism of JulesBreton, Gustave Courbet and Millet and compared his copies to amusician's interpreting Beethoven. Many of his most compellingworks date from this period. His The Round of the Prisoners (1890)was painted after an engraving by Gustave Dore (1832–1883). It issuggested that the face of the prisoner in the center of thepainting and looking toward the viewer is Van Gogh himself, although the noted Van Gogh scholar Jan Hulsker discountsthis.Towards the end of his stay, Van Gogh suffered a severe relapselasting two month between February and April 1890. Nevertheless hewas able to paint and draw a little during this time and he laterwrote Theo that he had made a few small canvases "from memory ...reminisces of the North". Amongst these was Two Peasant WomenDigging in a Snow-Covered Field at Sunset. Hulsker believes thatthis small group of paintings formed the nucleus of a large numberof drawings and study sheets depicting landscapes and figures thatVan Gogh worked on during this time. He comments that, save forthis short period, Van Gogh's illness had hardly any effect on hiswork but in these he sees a reflection of Van Gogh's mental healthat the time. Also belonging to this period is Sorrowing Old Man('At Eternity's Gate'), a color study that Hulsker describes as"another unmistakable remembrance of times long past".List of paintings:A Corner in the Garden of Saint-Paul HospitalA Meadow in the Mountains Le Mas de Saint-PaulA Road at Saint-Remy with Female FigureAt the Foot of the MountainsBlossoming Almond TreeCottages and Cypresses Reminiscence of the NorthCottages Reminiscence of the NorthCypresses and Two WomenCypresses with Two Female FiguresCypressesdescription.txtEnclosed Field with PloughmanEnclosed Field with Rising SunEnclosed Wheat Field with PeasantEntrance to a Quarry near Saint-RemyEntrance to a QuarryEvening Landscape with Rising MoonEvening The End of the Day after Milletand other (total 143 paintings)...
World War II Aircraft Fighters 2.8 APK
World War II Aircraft Fighters HandbookYou can download application without adshereThe Handbook of aircraft of World War II includes all theaircraft (except Heavy fighters and Jet- and rocket- propelledfighters) used by those countries which were at war during WorldWar II from the period between their joining the conflict and theconflict ending for them.A fighter aircraft is a military aircraft designed primarily forair-to-air combat against other aircraft, as opposed to bombers andattack aircraft, whose main mission is to attack ground targets. The hallmarks of a fighter are its speed, maneuverability, andsmall size relative to other combat aircraft. Many fighters have secondary ground-attack capabilities, and someare designed as dual-purpose fighter-bombers (like a P-47Thunderbolt or Fairey Fox). Often, aircraft that do not fulfill thestandard definition are called fighters. This may be for politicalor national security reasons, for advertising purposes or otherreasons.A fighter's main purpose is to establish air superiority over abattlefield. Since World War I, achieving and maintaining airsuperiority has been essential for victory in conventional warfare. The success or failure of a belligerent's efforts to gain airsupremacy hinges on several factors including the skill of itspilots, the tactical soundness of its doctrine for deploying itsfighters and the numbers and performance of those fighters. Becauseof the importance of air superiority, since the dawn of aerialcombat armed forces have constantly competed to developtechnologically superior fighters and to deploy these fighters ingreater numbers, and fielding a viable fighter fleet consumes asubstantial proportion of the defense budgets of modern armedforces. The Second World War featured fighter combat on a larger scale thanany other conflict to date. German Field Marshal Erwin Rommel notedthe effect of airpower: "Anyone who has to fight, even with themost modern weapons, against an enemy in complete command of theair, fights like a savage against modern European troops, under thesame handicaps and with the same chances of success." Throughoutthe conflict, fighters performed their conventional role inestablishing air superiority through combat with other fighters andthrough bomber interception, and many fighters were also pressedinto service in additional roles such as tactical air support andreconnaissance.he approach of different belligerents to fighter design variedwidely, with the Japanese and Italians favoring lightly armed andarmored but highly maneuverable designs such as the JapaneseNakajima Ki-27, Nakajima Ki-43 and Mitsubishi A6M Zero.Handbook including:Biplane fighter aircrafts:Avia B-534Avia BH-33A.W.35 ScimitarBoeing P-12Type 105 Bristol BulldogFairey Firefly IIFairey FoxFiat CR.32Fiat CR.42Gloster GauntletGloster Sea GladiatorGrumman FFGrumman F3FHawker DemonHawker FuryHawker NimrodHeinkel He 51He 51W seaplaneKawasaki Ki-10Monoplane fighter aircrafts:Bell P-39 AiracobraBell P-63 KingcobraBoeing P-26 PeashooterBrewster F2A BuffaloCurtiss P-36 HawkCAC BoomerangCaudron C.714Curtiss P-40 WarhawkCurtiss-Wright CW-21Dewoitine D.500Fiat G.50Fiat G.55Focke-Wulf Fw 190Focke-Wulf Ta 152Grumman F6F HellcatGrumman F8F BearcatHawker HurricaneHawker TyphoonTempestHeinkel He 112IAR 80Ikarus IK-2Kawanishi N1KKawasaki Ki-61Kawasaki Ki-100Macchi C.200Macchi C.202 FolgoreMacchi C.205 VeltroMesserschmitt Bf 109Mitsubishi A5MMitsubishi A6M ZeroNakajima Ki-27Nakajima Ki-43North American P-51 MustangNorth American P-64PZL P.7Reggiane Re.2000Reggiane Re.2001Reggiane Re.2005Republic P-43 LancerRepublic P-47 ThunderboltRogozarski IK-3Supermarine SpitfireVought F4U CorsairVultee P-66 VanguardYakovlev Yak-7You can save every image to SD card or set as wallpaper

The interest in penguins, these birds fromAntarctica, has always been high, and after the cartoon"Madagascar" and "Madagascar 2", where the charming Skipper,Kowalski, Rico and Private virtually created his own story line, the Penguins were surrounded by even more attention. What kind of bird that never flew, but very good swimmers? In total there are 18 species of penguins, the smallest of theso-called Little Penguins (up to 45 cm, weight 2.5 kg) to thelargest, the emperor penguin (up to 120 cm, weight up to 46 kg).Body shape more reminiscent of penguins are not birds, anddolphins, which means frequent pastime in the water. The device ofwings and a powerful chest muscles and are not meant for flying, and swimming. Usually the bones of birds have a tubular structurethat allows us to find a compromise between strength and weight, but the bones of dolphins are very strong and heavy, more like thebones of dolphins and seals.Eyes of the penguins are more suited for vision under water, sothey see on the ground is not very good. Pupil of the eye penguincan grow much more human, so the penguins can see well even in thedark, at a depth of 100 meters.Penguins eat mostly fish and crustaceans. During the huntpenguins spend much time in cold water, plunging to a depth of 500meters and holding at one time under water up to 18 minutes.
