The methods it follows are nothingnew and they are based on sound, well-established scientificprotocols which I have merely refined until the progressions havebecome as seamless, balanced, and incremental as can be.

The 'Start Bodyweight' programme requires a minimal amount ofequipment, and can be easily followed at home, in a park or in agym: with a little imagination, a tree branch, a bench, a staircaseor a door can all be substituted to the equipment required. It isboth simple and minimalist in its approach.
