About Do you want to do somethings regularly such assportsexercising, drink water, taking vitamins or just makingregularcalls your relatives? This application helps you not toforgetabout your regular private activities as well as to monitoryourgoals and achievements How does it work? The applicationbuildsyour daily activities schedules weekly. During adding a newtaskand scheduling it on particular days you create a weeklypattern.Every new week the same tasks will be created automaticallybyusing existing pattern. If you change a task or rescheduleit,these changes will be applied only on next tasks. Butstatisticswill contain old information. You can create regular orone-timetasks. Regular tasks (patterned) will be created on nextweeks incomparison with one-time tasks which will be executed onlyonce.You can select a particular task type during creatingtasks.Creating a task you will find the following options inGeneral Tab:time, days of week, regular (by default) or one-time,name, amountand units. Name - is a short description of your task,i.e. sport,drink water, running, read a book, etc. If you can’tfind anappropriate name in the list you can create it by using“Add”button. Amount - is about how many you want to do a task. Unit- isa measure of a task amount, i.e. minutes, hours, millimeters,etc.You can set the following flags in Reminder tab: Remindaboutstarting a task. Set it if you what to have notificationbeforestarting a task. Repeat a task. The task will be executedwith thisinterval before the end of the day or specified time in“Complete atask” flag. This option is suitable if you work at acomputer andwant to relax eyes every 45 minutes. The executing timewill besummed and displayed in a task. Complete a task optioncontainsinformation when a task will be finished. You can execute,move,delete or open a task. You also can add additional amount inacreated task. Task completed! During executing a task youcanincrease or decrease amount depending on your real result. Therealamount will be saved to statistic, but task pattern will benotchanged. After finishing a regular task the time specifiedin“Repeat a task” will be added to time of executing and displayedonthe right side of a task. After clicking on “Task completed!”thestatuses of tasks and their icons will be changed dependingontheir types. Important! You can increase or decrease amountoncompleted tasks by clicking “Is the plan exceeded? Addamount”Open. You can change pattern options by opening it. The newchangeswill be applied only on next tasks. The completed tasks willbekept untouched. Suspend. You can shift execution time of anytaskson 5, 10, 15, 30 minutes or 1,2,3,6 hours. After shifting tasktimethe tasks status will be changed to “Delayed task”. Importance!Ifexecution time will be moved on the next day, a task will bemovedto the next day with time specified on a pattern. Move on thenextday. The task will be moved on the next day in case if this dayisnot the last day of a week. The tasks cannot be moved on thenextweek.
