As the other three Factions madethemselvesvisible tothe world, there were others who wanted to takecontrolin a morelow key fashion. Shadowcell was spawned as analmostvigilantegroup who used deception as their modus operandi.Theyworkedexclusively with the underground members of the communitytotradein secrets.
