L'application "Chemins Bretagne" contientlescartes au 1/200 000 de la Bretagne et des itinéraires derandonnée.Les cartes ont été produites à partir desdonnéesOpenStreetMap.Cette version d'évaluation limite la durée des sessions.En mode utilisation, l'application n'utilise que descartespréchargées qui sont automatiquement sélectionnées enfonction dela position GPS courante. L'application n'utilise leréseau quepour précharger les cartes. Cette opération est effectuéeen unefois. Toute la cartographie est stockée dans desfichiersembarqués.L'application affiche des cartes de telle façon que le centre delacarte corresponde toujours à la position GPS courante, sauf si onadéplacé manuellement la carte en la faisant glisser, et danscedernier cas, le centrage automatique sur la position GPSseréactive automatiquement au bout de 30 secondes. Quand onsedéplace, que ce soit à pied, à vélo ou en voiture, la cartesedéplace et se centre automatiquement sur la position GPScourante.Un point bleu apparait sur la carte pour indiquer laposition GPScourante. Les déplacements effectués sont visualiséspar des pointsbleus de plus petite taille.Les itinéraires parcourus peuvent être enregistrés dans desfichiersGPX qui seront ensuite automatiquement visualisés sur lescartes.
