Techniques and software developmenttools wereusedspecificly for the Android mobile platform. Theapplicationintendsto assist in conducting a management withrational use ofwater inirrigated areas in the state of Ceará,semi-aridnortheast,mitigating the lack of technical assistancespecializedinprecision farming, using databases with informationnecessaryforthe calculation of the need water and subsequentirrigationtimerecommendation.
