Conversation Captions is an app forcommunicating with someone who is deaf or someone who is hard ofhearing.Google doesn't offer a true method of continuous speechrecognition so this app is not perfect, nor could it ever be, norcould any other app like it be perfect. Until Google updates theirservice API that is. I've found the web speech API to be inferiorto the android API in terms of accuracy and usability despite itbeing a continuous recognizer.The app is designed to restart the speech recognizer every timespeech is fully transcribed or if the recognizer times out fromlack of detected speech. This works pretty well however sometimesit cuts your first word off. If that happens you'll have to repeatwhat you said.
