Logic Keyboard is a layout extensionforAnySoftKeyboard (available separately on the Android Market).Youneed to install AnySoftKeyboard first, then you can installthisapp to add two new keyboards to it. In AnySoftKeyboard you canthenswipe the keyboard to get to them, exactly as you would for anyofthe other keyboard extensions it supports.

The two new keyboards provided by this app are used fortypinglogic symbols on your Android device. They're useful toanyoneinterested in many areas of mathematics including sets andlogicsystems, including for student use.

ProCon is an Android remote controlapplicationthat lets you control programs written using theProcessing computerprogramming language. If you don't useProcessing then this app willbe of no use to you. It requires anAndroid device with OS v1.6+ andbuilt-in wifi.To control Processing, ProCon has a large panel to use asamouse-like touch panel, a slider and four buttons. The positionofyour finger on the touch panel is sent to Processing, togetherwithmessages telling your program when the slider position changesor abutton is pressed. If you have a g-sensor (accelerometer) inyourAndroid device then it's values will be streamed toProcessing,together with the orientation of any compass you alsohave in yourdevice. That all allows you to do some quitesophisticated remotecontrolling of your Processing programs. Youcan also send a toastmessage to ProCon from Processing (trypressing the 'h' key on yourPC while trying out the demo code).To use ProCon simply do the following:1. Connect your Android and PC to the same wifi network.Also,make sure you have the demo Processing code (see below).2. Run ProCon on your Android and change the IP address inyourProcessing code to be the same as will be shown on the ProContitlebar (if it says 127.0.0.1 then try running ProCon again).3. Run the Processing code and soon the title bar inProConshould tell you that you're connected, in which case trysomeremote controlling.4. If you get an error in Processing (e.g. 'No route tohost')it's most likely that you have a network problem. Guitar Practice is a small guitar, withmultitouch support, that fits in your Android mobile device. Itincludes electric and acoustic six string guitars, a four stringbass guitar, a fun vibrotar, a chord player and a chord reference,all easily accessible from a single app. The guitar neck width andposition, together with the string spacing, are all adjustable tosuit the different screen sizes found on Android phones andtablets. There's also a skin chooser, so you can customise the lookand feel of the four guitars.You can also adjust audio settings within the app, includingadjusting the pitch for each individual guitar and player foreffect or to provide alternative tuning. Guitar Practice Lite is a small guitar thatfits in your Android mobile device. It allows you to practiceplaying melodies when on the move, and may help you learn to playthe guitar. You can play in single touch mode on oldernon-multitouch Android devices, or even for easy practicing on themove. However, if you have a multitouch capable Android device youcan change to multitouch mode via your menu button, whuch providesa more realistic guitar experience that allows you to play chordsand even pluck multiple strings simultaneously. SensoMin is a fun free Android app thatletsyou play theromin type sounds using the g-sensor(accelerometer)built into your phone. Basically you hold your phoneflat in thepalm of your hand and SensorMin will play a note at apitch of onekilohertz. Then roll or shake your phone from side toside tochange the note pitch, or along its length to change thevolume.You can also change the type of waveform used for the sound,theoptions being a sine wave (default), a square wave, or asawtoothwave, all of which give different sounds. To make thingsmoreexciting there's also a second sound, the frequency of whichcan beadjusted using a slider to create harmonics. The slider setstherelationship between the main sound and the harmonic, so ifit'sset to -50% the harmonic will be half the frequency of themainsound.Similarly 50% makes the harmonic twice the main frequency and0%makes both sounds the same frequency. Of course you don't havetouse this slider to create harmonic sounds, as you might liketomake discordant ones instead, or just use it to createdynamicsound effects. You can also change the harmonic soundwaveform(sine, square, sawtooth) separately from the main sounds.Thatincreases the sound effects you can achieve, and even makes theappuseful for anyone wanting to learn about sound/signalmixing.This app also lets you change the g-sensor sampling speed,whichallows some fun sound effects to be created. You can alsochangethe maximum volume for the main and harmonic sounds. That'sas apercentage of your Android's master volume, so if the appsoundsquiet even at 100% volume you can try turning up the volumecontrolon your device.
