The physical and mental side of sport goes hand in hand andcannot easily be separated. Thoughts, behaviours and emotions areall part of competitive sports participation and are just asimportant to ‘train’ as the body and just as important to learn asthe ‘technical’ and ‘tactical’. However, very few sports peopleunderstand the importance of the mental side of sport and how muchof a powerful effect it can have on performance. Our site isunderpinned by the scientific theory of performance psychology andis one of a kind when it comes to supporting sports people withtheir development.
