WeSafe is a mobile application designed with our digitizationplatform to support Agility’s Target Zero objectives. Theapplication allows Agility employees to report unsafe acts andconditions. By using GPS technology to identify the location andsend a report to management. Managers or designated individual(s)are responsible for investigation and implementation of correctiveaction when required. The application is a closed loop processwhich requires a documented response and second level approval forclosure.

The Agility app lets you track your shipments and stay informed ofworld events affecting the movement of freight. By entering areference number, you can quickly get shipment status, view atimeline of events, and tag shipments to receive notifications ofshipment status changes. You can monitor world events affectingspecific modes of transportation (air, ocean, and road) and enablepush alerts to be notified of events in real time. Agility VIC 1.3.0
The VIC inspections will ensure that the vehicles are roadworthyand can deliver its load to the first destination and/ orthroughout the day. The application tracks the completion of thedaily vehicle inspections to ensure that our vehicles are safe forthe trip or on a particular day. These inspections ensure that thevehicle will safely deliver our shipments with no harm to theshipments or our people and other third parties that may beimpacted due to its un-road worthiness.

The EIC inspections ensure that the equipment used in facilities,warehouses and yards are safe for use throughout the shift/ day.The application tracks the completion of the daily MHE inspectionsto ensure that our MHEs are safe for operations and will not causeany harm or damage throughout its operation window – day/ shift.Applicable to – all sites where we MHE are used/ deployed.

A mobile application within Agility APAC to enablethedocumentation of the Behavioral Based Observations to beautomatedand the results of such inspections to be captured forfurtheraction. The “safe” and “unsafe” observations can be usedforanalysis to enable the site/ facility to identify trainingneeds,implementation of operational controls to reduce the hazardsandthe associated risk in the facility.

A mobile application within Agility to enablethedocumentation of the facility inspections to be automated andtheresults of such inspections to be captured for further action.Theaction and status of the non-compliances can be monitoredandtracked to completion. This application is built to supportAgilitytarget zero initiatives. The application is able to capturetherecords of an facility inspection in a non WiFi/ 3G/ 4Genvironmentand transmit the report once the device in back innetwork range.
Agility Delivers 3.3.3
Agility Delivers is a mobile interface to update real time eventsinshipment movement. The user can update the collection anddeliverydata, which will update the freight forwarding and/or thewarehousemanagement system. The mobile device must have networkaccess to usethis app. The app also updates the Enterprise ContentManagementsystem with a copy of these documents, which can be usedfor furtherreferences.

This app will allow users to scan documents and upload to DMSjustlike they do in the office using a scanner. The user can choosetoupload a picture from camera, choose from existing galleryorupload a document directly. The user can upload document againstaConsignment ID or a Job Number. The app also allows the usertoedit the images before uploading and multiple docs upload.

Agility rides provides agility users digital booking experience ofaride.App provides ride availability and can track ride statusofriders with below features. - Riders can browse bicycle modelsandcheck ride availability. - Riders can review there booking andalsocan also view other bookings, so person can be contacted. -Admincan allocate a bicycle to a guest or close a booking from theappafter the ride is complete. - Rider get booking reminders30Minutes and 15 Minutes before the ride starts and 15 Minutesbeforeride ends.
