This application brings together severaltoolsthat are of use to Rural Fire Service volunteers andfiremanagement professionals in NSW. It includes:

◾ GPS location summary, providing both lat-long andgridreferences
◾ A utility for converting between lat-long and UTMgridreferences
◾ A utility for converting between grid and magnetic bearings
◾ A utility to record key incident times forpost-eventreporting
◾ Forest and grass fire danger index calculators(McArthurmeters)
◾ Overall fuel hazard calculator
◾ The NSW Rural Fire Service fire fighters pocket book

Development of these tools started as a personal challenge,asthere was nothing of this kind available for Android at thattime.Requests and suggestions from friends and colleagues havetaken theproject from something that was very rough and basic towhat yousee here today. As such, suggestions for added featuresandfeedback on bugs and performance are most welcome.
