Response by Doro is an app and a web portal for you as a familymember, relative or friend of a Senior using a Doro smartphone.Response by Doro is used to manage alerts sent from the Doro phoneand to remote assist the Senior with the essential settings. Whenlogged in to Response by Doro, you as a family member, relative orfriend will be able to remote assist your Senior with the Dorosmartphone as well as set-up and manage the Senior’s so-calledResponders. Responders are family members, relatives, or friendswho have installed the Response by Doro app and joined the Senior’sgroup of Responders and therefore will be notified of all alertstriggered by the Senior. • Group of Responders This is where you asa family member, relative or friend are connected to other familymembers, relatives, or friends in the Senior’s network. Anyone thathas a Response by Doro account can join the Senior’s group ofResponders either by requesting to join or by being invited by theSenior or anyone already in the group. Those who have the Responseby Doro app installed and have joined a Senior’s group are referredto as Responders. They will instantly get notified if the Seniorpresses the assistance button on the Doro phone. • Alarms You as afamily member, relative or friend of the Senior and part of theSenior’s group of Responders will automatically get notifiedinstantly when the Senior presses the assistance button on the Dorophone. • Responders Responders are family members, relatives, orfriends who have installed the Response by Doro app and joined theSenior’s group of Responders and therefore will be notified of allalerts triggered by the Senior. • Remote Assistance of theessential settings You as a family member, relative or friend willbe able to remote control the most critical settings on theSenior’s Doro smartphone. You can easily change brightness, volume,contrast, and a few other options to assist the Senior from adistance. • Location As a family member, relative or friend youwill, if allowed by the Senior, be able to see the location of theDoro phone user at any time. • Multiple Seniors You as a familymember, relative or friend will not be limited to manage only oneSenior. You can have multiple Seniors and manage them all through asimple menu selection. You will be able to receive alarms from allyour Seniors.
