大愛電視沒有虛誇的廣告，也沒有政府贊助，部份營運資金乃透過環保志工回收募集而來，期許能「為淨化心靈作活水、為祥和社會作砥柱、為聞聲救苦作耳目、為顛狂荒亂作正念。」相信「善知識」是改變世界的力量，大愛也將成為華人人文傳播新風範。

About DaAi
Established in 1995, DaAi TV strives to provide wholesome programsfor views of all ages, to help bring about a society characterizedby peace and harmony and inspire lives of truth, goodness andbeauty.

Without the sponsorship of the government, the operation of DaAiTV is partially supported by Tzu Chi’s recycling volunteers. Thereare no commercial ads, but only public service ads between programbreaks.

As a key component of Tzu Chi’s Cultural Mission, DaAi TV drawson the spirit of compassion and relief. We produce news andprograms with awakening people’s hearts and minds, as well asbroadcasting moving stories of love and goodness.

We want every person to know that he or she has the capacity tolove and to care. No matter where they are, as along as they spreadthe seeds of love, their efforts will eventually bear fruit. Asmore and more people come to this realization and live their livespositively, society will become more peaceful, and the world willeventually be free of disasters and calamities.
