এ পৃথিবীতে আল্লাহ মানুষকে প্রেরণ করেছেন তাঁর ইবাদত করারজন্য।কিন্তু মানুষ তাদের কর্তব্য ভুলে গিয়ে বিভিন্ন অন্যায় অপকর্মেলিপ্তহয়। এরূপ মানুষ আল্লাহর নিকট ঘৃনিত এবং জনসমাজেও ধিকৃত। তবেযারাআল্লাহর নির্দেশ মেনে চলে, তাঁর অনুগত থেকে ইবাদত-বন্দেগী করে,আল্লাহতাদের ভালবাসেন, তাদের যেকোন দো‘আ কবুল করেন। এ সম্পর্কেইনিম্নেরহাদীছ।-
উসায়র ইবনু আমর (রাঃ) হ’তে বর্ণিত, তাকে ইবনু জাবিরও বলা হয়,তিনিবলেন, ইয়েমেনের বসবাসকারীদের পক্ষ থেকে ওমর (রাঃ)-এর নিকটসাহায্যকারীদল আসলে তিনি তাদেরকে প্রশ্ন করতেন, তোমাদের মাঝে উয়াইসইবনু আমির আছেকি? অবশেষে (একদিন) উয়াইস (রাঃ) এসে গেলেন। তাকে তিনি(ওমর) প্রশ্নকরলেন, আপনি কি উয়াইস ইবনু আমির? সে বলল হ্যাঁ। ওমর (রাঃ)আবার বললেন,‘মুরাদ’ সম্প্রদায়ের উপগোত্র ‘কারনের’ লোক? তিনি বললেন,হ্যাঁ। তিনিবললেন, আপনার কি কুষ্ঠরোগ হয়েছিল, তা হ’তে সুস্থ হয়েছেনএবং মাত্র একদিরহাম পরিমাণ স্থান বাকী আছে? তিনি বলেন, হ্যাঁ। তিনিবললেন, আপনারমা জীবিত আছে কি? তিনি বললেন, হ্যাঁ। তিনি (ওমর) বললেন,রাসূলুল্লাহ(ছাঃ)-কে আমি বলতে শুনেছি, ‘ইয়ামানের সহযোগী দলের সাথেউয়াইস ইবনুআমির নামক এক লোক তোমাদের নিকট আসবে। সে ‘মুরাদ’ জাতিরউপজাতি‘কারনের’ লোক। তার কুষ্ঠরোগ হবে এবং তা হ’তে সে মুক্তিপাবে,শুধুমাত্র এক দিরহাম পরিমাণ স্থান ছাড়া। তার মা বেঁচে আছে, সেতারমায়ের খুবই অনুগত। সে (আল্লাহর উপর ভরসা করে) কোন কিছুর শপথ করলেতাআল্লাহ তা‘আলা পূরণ করে দেন। তুমি যদি তাকে দিয়ে তোমার গুনাহমাফেরজন্য দো‘আ করাবার সুযোগ পাও তাহ’লে তাই করবে’। ওমর (রাঃ) বলেন,কাজেইআমার অপরাধ ক্ষমার জন্য আপনি দো‘আ করুন। অতএব তিনি (উয়াইস)ওমরেরঅপরাধের ক্ষমা চেয়ে দো‘আ করলেন।

ওমর (রাঃ) তাকে বললেন, আপনি কোথায় যেতে চান? তিনি বললেন,কূফা(যাবার ইচ্ছা আছে)। তিনি (ওমর) বলেন, আমি সেখানকার গভর্ণরকেআপনার(সাহায্যের) জন্য লিখে দেই? তিনি বললেন, আমার নিকটগরীব-মিসকীনদেরমাঝে বসবাস করাই বেশী পসন্দীয়। পরের বছর কূফার একনেতৃস্থানীয় লোকহজ্জে এলো। তার সাথে ওমরের দেখা হ’লে তিনি উয়াইসসম্পর্কে তাকে প্রশ্নকরলেন। সে বলল, আমি তাকে এরকম অবস্থায় দেখে এসেছিযে, তার ঘরটাঅত্যন্ত জীর্ণ অবস্থায় আছে এবং তার জীবন-যাপনের উপকরণসমূহখুবই নগণ্য।ওমর (রাঃ) বলেন, আমি রাসূলুল্লাহ (ছাঃ)-কে বলতে শুনেছি,‘উয়াইস ইবনুআমির নামক এক লোক ইয়ামানের সাহায্যকারী দলের সাথে তোমাদেরনিকট আসবে।সে ‘মুরাদ’ জাতির উপজাতি ‘কারন’ বংশীয় লোক। তার কুষ্ঠ রোগহবে এবং তাথেকে সে মুক্তি পাবে, শুধুমাত্র এক দিরহাম পরিমাণ স্থানছাড়া। তার মাবেঁচে আছে এবং সে তার মায়ের খুবই অনুগত। সে (আল্লাহর উপরভরসা করে)কোন কিছুর শপথ করলে তা আল্লাহ পূরণ করে দেন। তুমি যদি তোমারগুনাহমাফের জন্য তাকে দিয়ে দো‘আ করানোর সুযোগ পাও, তাহ’লে তাই করবে’।লোকটিফিরে এসে উয়াইসের নিকট গিয়ে বলল, আমার অপরাধ ক্ষমার জন্য আপনিদো‘আকরুন। তিনি (উয়াইস) বললেন, এইমাত্র মঙ্গলময় সফর থেকেপ্রত্যাবর্তনকরেছেন; বরং আপনি আমার অপরাধ ক্ষমার জন্য দো‘আ করুন। তিনিবললেন, আপনিকি ওমরের সাথে সাক্ষাৎ করেছেন। সে বলল, হ্যাঁ। তার জন্যউয়াইস দো‘আকরলেন। উয়াইসের মর্যাদা সম্পর্কে লোকেরা সচেতন হ’লে সেখানথেকে উয়াইসঅন্য স্থানে চলে গেলেন। হাদীছটি ইমাম মুসলিম বর্ণনাকরেছেন।
মুসলিমের আরেক বর্ণনায় উসায়র ইবনু জাবির (রাঃ) হ’তে বর্ণিত,ওমর(রাঃ)-এর নিকট কূফার অধিবাসীরা একটি সাহায্যকারী দল পাঠায়। দলেরএকলোক উয়াইসকে বিদ্রূপ করত। ওমর (রাঃ) বললেন, এখানে ‘কারন’ বংশীয়কেউআছে কি? ঐ ব্যক্তিটি উঠে আসলে ওমর (রাঃ) বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ(ছাঃ)বলেছেন, ইয়েমেন থেকে উয়াইস নামে এক লোক তোমার নিকট আসবে। সে তারমাকেইয়ামানে একা রেখে আসবে। তার কুষ্ঠরোগ হবে। সে আল্লাহর নিকট দো‘আকরবে,আল্লাহ তার রোগমুক্তি দান করবেন, শুধুমাত্র এক দীনার অথবা একদিরহামপরিমাণ স্থান ছাড়া। তোমাদের মধ্যে যে কেউ তার দেখা পেলে, তাকেদিয়ে সেযেন তার গুনাহ মাফের জন্য দো‘আ করায়’।
মুসলিমের আরেক বর্ণনায় ওমর (রাঃ) হ’তে বর্ণিত আছে, তিনি বলেন,আমিরাসূলুল্লাহ (ছাঃ)-কে বলতে শুনেছি, ‘পরবর্তীদের (তাবিঈ) মধ্যেউয়াইসনামে এক সৎ লোক হবে। তার মা বেঁচে আছে। তার শরীরে কুষ্ঠেরচিহ্নথাকবে। তার নিকট গিয়ে নিজের গুনাহ মাফের জন্য তাকে দিয়েপ্রার্থনাকরাও’ (মুসলিম হা/২৫৪২/২২৫)।
পরিশেষে বলব, আল্লাহ আমাদেরকে উয়াইস ইবনু আমিরের মত সৎ কর্মশীলবান্দাহওয়ার তাওফীক দান করুন- আমীন!

Umar (ra) said to him, Where do you want to go? He said, Kufa(tohave). He (Omar) said, I am the gabharnarake to (help) I writefor?He likes me more than to live among the poor. The next year,one ofthe leading men of Kufa came for Hajj. Omar to meet with himif heasked him about Owais. He said, 'I have seen him in such astatethat his house is dilapidated and living materials isnegligible.Umar (ra) said, I am the Messenger of Allah (sm) heard,"a man namedAmir, Owais bin Yaman supporter of the team will cometo you. Another narration of Muslim Umar (ra) narrated that he said, Iamthe Messenger of Allah (sm) heard, "the latter (tabii) in thenameof Owais will be an honest man. His mother is alive. There willbesigns of leprosy on his body. He also went to pray with himforforgiveness of his sins "(Muslim H / 2542/225).
