الحمد لله الذي نزل الفرقان على عبده ليكونللعالمين نذيراً ، الحمد لله علم القران ، خلق الإنسان ، علمه البيان، الحمد لله الذي علم بالقلم ، علم الإنسان ما لم يعلم ، وأشهد أن لاإله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له ، جعل القرآن هداية للناس ، ونبراساًيضيء لهم الطريق ، وأشهد أن محمداً عبده ورسوله النبي الأكرم ، علمالقرآن فكان خير معلم ، فصلوات الله وسلامه عليه ، وعلى آله وأصحابهأجمعين . . أما بعد :فأحييكم بتحية الإسلام ، فالسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته ، فنحنجميعاً نوظف جميع الإمكانات والطاقات لخدمة هذا الدين العظيم ، إلاوإن من أعظم ما يُخدم به هذا الدين كلام الله عز وجل .كلمة عن القران :القرءان هو كلام الله منزل غير مخلوق ، الذي أنزله على نبيهمحمدصلى الله عليه وسلم باللفظ والمعنى ، القرآن الكريم كتاب الإسلامالخالد ، ومعجزته الكبرى ، وهداية للناس أجمعين ، قال تعالى : "كِتَابٌ أَنْزَلْنَاهُ إِلَيْكَ لِتُخْرِجَ النَّاسَ مِنَالظُّلُمَاتِ إِلَى النُّورِ "، ولقد تعبدنا الله بتلاوته آناء الليلوأطراف النهار ، قال تعالى : " إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَتْلُونَ كِتَابَاللَّهِ وَأَقَامُوا الصَّلاةَ وَأَنْفَقُوا مِمَّا رَزَقْنَاهُمْسِرّاً وَعَلانِيَةً يَرْجُونَ تِجَارَةً لَنْ تَبُورَ " ، فيه تقويمللسلوك، وتنظيم للحياة، من استمسك به فقد استمسك بالعروة الوثقى لاانفصام لها، ومن أعرض عنه وطلب الهدى في غيره فقد ضل ضلالاً بعيداً ،ولقد أعجز الله الخلق عن الإتيان بمثل أقصر سورة منه ، قال تعالى : "وإن كنتم في ريب مما نزلنا على عبدنا فأتوا بسورة ممن مثله وادعواشهداءكم من دون الله إن كنتم صادقين " ، القرآن مكتوب في المصاحف ،محفوظ في الصدور ، مقروء بالألسنة ، مسموع بالآذان ، فالاشتغالبالقرآن من أفضل العبادات ، ومن أعظم القربات ، كيف لا يكون ذلك ، وفيكل حرف منه عشر حسنات ، وسواء أكان بتلاوته أم بتدبر معانيه ، وقدأودع الله فيه علم كل شىء ، ففيه الأحكام والشرائع ، والأمثال والحكم، والمواعظ والتأريخ ، والقصص ونظام الأفلاك ، فما ترك شيئا من الأمورإلا وبينها ، وما أغفل من نظام في الحياة إلا أوضحه ، قَالَ رَسُولَاللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّه عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " كِتَابُ اللَّهِ فِيهِنَبَأُ مَا قَبْلَكُمْ ، وَخَبَرُ مَا بَعْدَكُمْ ، وَحُكْمُ مَابَيْنَكُمْ ، هُوَ الْفَصْلُ لَيْسَ بِالْهَزْلِ ، هُوَ الَّذِي مَنْتَرَكَهُ مِنْ جَبَّارٍ قَصَمَهُ اللَّهُ ، وَمَنِ ابْتَغَى الْهُدَىفِي غَيْرِهِ أَضَلَّهُ اللَّهُ ، فَهُوَ حَبْلُ اللَّهِ الْمَتِينُ ،وَهُوَ الذِّكْرُ الْحَكِيمُ ، وَهُوَ الصِّرَاطُ الْمُسْتَقِيمُ ،وَهُوَ الَّذِي لَا تَزِيغُ بِهِ الْأَهْوَاءُ ، وَلَا تَلْتَبِسُبِهِ الْأَلْسِنَة ، وَلَا يَشْبَعُ مِنْهُ الْعُلَمَاءُ ، وَلَايَخْلَقُ عَنْ كَثْرَةِ الرَّدِّ ، وَلَا تَنْقَضِي عَجَائِبُهُ ،وَهُوَ الَّذِي لَمْ يَنْتَهِ الْجِنُّ إِذْ سَمِعَتْهُ أَنْ قَالُوا( إِنَّا سَمِعْنَا قُرْآنًا عَجَبًا ) ، هُوَ الَّذِي مَنْ قَالَبِهِ صَدَقَ ، وَمَنْ حَكَمَ بِهِ عَدَلَ ، وَمَنْ عَمِلَ بِهِ أُجِرَ، وَمَنْ دَعَا إِلَيْهِ هُدِيَ إِلَى صِرَاطٍ مُسْتَقِيمٍ " [ أخرجهالدارمي ] ، هذا هو كتابنا ، هذا هو دستورنا ، هذا هو نبراسنا ، إن لمنقرأه نحن معاشر المسلمين ، فهل ننتظر من اليهود والنصارى أن يقرؤوه ،قال تعالى : " وقرآناً فرقناه لتقرأه على الناس على مكث ونزلناهتنزيلا " ، فما أعظمه من أجر لمن قرأ كتاب الله ، وعكف على حفظه ، فلهبكل حرف عشر حسنات ، والله يضاعف لمن يشاء والله واسع عليم .Praise be to God, whosent down the criterion to His servant to be for the admonition,thankfully aware of the Qur'an, created man, he knew the statement,Praise be to God, who taught by the pen, Taught man that which heknew not, and I bear witness that there is no god but Allah alonewith no partner, making the Koran guidance for the people, Thebeacon shines the way for them, and I bear witness that Muhammad isHis slave and His Messenger, the Prophet Noble, aware of the Koranwas the best teacher, May the God be upon him, and his family andhis companions all. .
