Not yourtypical guided imagery scripts and program. This program usestechniques with affirmations, suggestions, questions and patternsto create clear change. More importantly teach you to be trulyaware of your thoughts feelings and actions. Coaching you to becomethe navigator and steer your life in directions you desire.
