The app uses an aiming system that is very similar to the intuitiveway a bowler plays his shot. By simply moving a crosshair, playerscan adjust the shot selection as well as the force and aim of theshot. Players can easily switch between forehand and backhandshots, draw shots, trailing shots and full-blooded drives! Thecollision physics is very realistic, and you will have all the sameoutcomes in this game as you would a real game of lawn bowls. Theapp is designed for 2 players, and keeps track of all of thevariables in a game of bowls. Players can play just one end, or afull 8-end tournament. The game follows all of the normal rules oflawn bowls, including 'chalked' bowls (that have hit the kitty)still being 'live' in the ditch. The winner of the previous roundis the first to bowl in the next frame. I have made the game easyto play, but difficult to master. Look out for remote 2-playergames in the near future.
