Chem Equation Balance (Free) 2 APK
Description:The Equation Balancer assists high school and university studentswith balancing chemical equations. Intuitive chemistry elementskeyboard. Enter chemical equations by selecting elements from theirrespective tabs. Click the 'Balance Equation' button to see thebalanced chemical equation in the textbox output. This app willbalance chemical equations by providing you with the coefficientsof the equation entered.Instructions:To use this app, enter a chemical equation, EXCLUDING COEFFICIENTS.Elements are arranged under four tabs order according to theiratomic number. At the moment, only the first 48 elements areprovided. In addition to elements and subscripts, you can also usebrackets, +, and the arrow to create your overall chemicalequation. Press the “Balance” button, and the app will print outthe balanced chemical equation with coefficients.Features:Uses the first 48 elements of the periodic table.Provides coefficients of the answersSuggests a solution for formulas with multiple answers (e.g.algebraically , it has multiple degrees of freedom).Dummy-proof! Will attempt to catch chemical equations that will notbe able to balance (eg use of an element in the reactant side butdoes not appear in the product side). The app will try to catchthese exceptions and output an error message. Some App Limitations:Note that there are a few assumptions, or limitations to thisapp.1. It is assumed that coefficients are integer values.2. Ions cannot be inputted.3. There are some chemical equations that will not be able tobalance (eg use of an element in the reactant side but does notappear in the product side). The app will try to catch theseexceptions and output an error message.4. There are some chemical equations that have multiple solutions, from a mathematical point of view (eg degree of freedom issue). Theapp arbitrarily attempts to give one such answer, but is not‘aware’ of the other answers.5. All attempts have been made to have the app display ErrorMessages when it cannot solve a problem mathematically (even thoughit may be trivial from a chemistry perspective), rather than havethe app crash or get stuck in an infinite loop.Possible Source of Error Messages that the App will Catch:1. Incorrect number of brackets entered2. Reactants/Products have coefficients before balancing3. Invalid symbol/character4. Reactants/Products with two consecutive lowercase letters5. Reactants do not match products6. Algorithm not supportedThis app has advertisements.

Chem Reaction Rate Calculator 1.0 APK
This app allows users to record andanalyzeabsorbance data from chemistry experiments that deal withthemeasurement of rates of reaction.Data can be related to the concentrations of the reactingsubstanceswith either a zero, first or second orderdifferentialequation.User-input data is processed and the order reaction that bestsuitsthe given information is chosen by the app. The rate constantk foreach possible solution is also determined. The app is intended for use with the U of T first yearchemistrycourse(s). However it can facilitate any kineticsexperiment as agraphing aid.Key functions:• Ideal for quickly analyzing trends in experiment data• Graph the Zero, First and Second orderdifferentialequations• “Custom mode” allows for analysis with anydependantvariable• Up to 10 experiments can be saved• The Arrhenius equation can be derived and graphed
