The VE-Step Up For IndiaApp is afree app that will make the teaching experience easierforvolunteers. VE-Step Up For India stands for "VolunteerEmpowerment(with) Step Up For India". The App empowers volunteersto: -Chooseand see their teaching schedule -Get reminders aboutclasses -Viewreal-time impact of their students -See refreshervideos that willaid them as they teach -Sign-up to trainingworkshops Individualsinterested to volunteer can register on theApp. Once they areapproved and trained by Step Up For India, theycan select whichsessions they want to teach. The App reminds themof the sessionthey have to teach next based on their selections,along withlocation of school with map locations for directions.Alsoavailable to them are short training videos of segments theywillteach in a particular session.
