The multiMATIC (VRC 700) app offers you thefollowing functions: Freedom and flexibility Make sure that yourVaillant heating system is at your desired thermal comfort level atany time and even when you are out and about. You no longer need toworry about unnecessary energy consumption – with the multiMATIC(VRC 700) app, you can always be energy-conscious. Easily set timeprogrammes for heating, domestic hot water, circulation, coolingand ventilation either on the control or via the app. Numerousspecial functions allow you to quickly and manually makeadjustments without having to change the programming. ambiSENSEsingle-room temperature control With the ambiSENSE components,which are available separately, you can enhance and optimise yourentire heating system, and you can use the multiMATIC (VRC 700) appfor each individual room to set the required comfortabletemperature. ambiSENSE also helps you to save on heating costs.Define your individual comfortable temperature for each room. Oncethis is reached, the heating system automatically switches tostandby mode. If cold air flows into the room via open windows, thesystem responds and automatically restricts the heat supply. Report/energyconsumption and yield For units in the Green IQ series, themultiMATIC (VRC 700) app visualises the predicted gas andelectricity consumption for heating and domestic hot water (ecoTECexclusive as of July 2015), or the environmental yield andelectrical consumption (flexoTHERM and flexoCOMPACT heat pumps).Solar yield data is provided for the VPM-S, VPM-D and VPM-W solarpump stations. Operational safety The app notifies you about thestatus of your heating system. This includes operationalirregularities, information about when maintenance is required, andpreventive messages. Certified data security Tested and certifiedwith the Smart Home seal from the VDE. Certified protection ofprivacy and confidential data. What are the prerequisities forusing the multiMATIC (VRC 700) app, and which heating systems arecompatible? The following systems are compatible: AlleBUS-compatible heat generators (manufactured from 2007 onwards)with one or more heating circuits in combination with the VR900/920 Internet communication module and the multiMATIC 700 (VRC700) control. Multi-circuit installations and solar systems requiresuitable wiring centres as well. Units that cannot be combined withthe multiMATIC 700 (VRC 700) control are not compatible, such aszeoTHERM and geoTHERM. This also includes older controls, such asthe calorMATIC 470 (VRC 470), calorMATIC 630 (VRC 630) andauroMATIC 620.
