The J. J. Keller® Encompass® ELD app is the industry’s mostsimple,flexible and affordable driver electronic log available.Formerlyknown as KellerMobile, this patented ELD mandate-compliantsolutionis used by commercial motor vehicle drivers toelectronicallycapture hours-of-service duty status information,replacing thedriver’s paper log book.
