Description

The Battered Fish was created in 2009 inHalifax, NS, with aspirations of becoming the next generation offast casual restaurants and food trucks. The Battered Fish hasparticular emphasis on service, quality, consistency, andcleanliness at a competitive price. It is these attributes thatpeople have come to trust and love about these fish frying experts.

Created by an ambitious young entrepreneur Ryan MacIsaac. It allstarted with his vision to bring gourmet seafood to a fast casualenvironment.

Mac Isaac’s love of Nova Scotia, as well as his passion forexquisite food and the tourism industry, inspired the conceptbehind The Battered Fish – Fish & Chips Company. Ryan wanted tooffer a traditional Nova Scotian experience that seemed to bedisappearing all too quickly: Fresh fish & chips, prepared toorder, at a fair price. The concept that inspired him to create thefast growing company we all see before us as The Battered Fish.Since then the business has grown from the state of the art FoodTruck in Halifax, to a multi-store fast casual franchise.

The Battered Fish is a leader in its class, offering a premiumexperience with a well-designed operation. The “ALWAYS FRESH.ALWAYS TO ORDER.” philosophy means serving the freshest possibleproduct, cooked to every customers needs as it’s ordered. Each menuitem is designed to be the best in its category by using only topquality products and local ingredients. Ryan’s fresh approach isall about bringing the costumers better food at a better value andthe proof is in the product.

The Battered Fish is committed to their customers, they believethat each customer should experience outstanding customer service,a consistent product and a clean modern facility each time theyvisit a Battered Fish establishment. All staff are trained to becourteous, polite and knowledgeable. All of these qualities arewhat give each customer, not only an experience but, “The BatteredFish Experience”
