With the At your service you can: PLAN YOUR ORDERS FOR CUSTOMERS-quickly preview of orders to be performed for today, - viewoforders' calendar and list of orders not completed, - checkthelocation of orders on the map, - learn the next free date onagiven day, also including the private calendar, - assignservicesto the order, - assign costs to the services and the order,-calculate service costs based on different valuation elements,-assign devices to the order, - determine whether the orderwasmade, invoiced, paid, - save information about the invoiceissued,- create reminders about the order, - save notes about theorder, -take advantage of one-off clients in orders, KNOWLEDGEABOUT YOURCUSTOMER - create custom groups of your customers, - addyourcustomer as a person or a company / organization, - savecontactdata, assign multiple phone numbers and email addresses tothecustomer, - add a new customer from contacts in your phone, -makecalls, send text messages, emails from the app, - navigate tothecustomer's address / location, - save notes about the customer,-preview the history and analyze orders for a given customer,-register customer's devices (option enabled in Settings), -addcustom fields to describe devices, - use barcode or QR codescannerto populate fields. In the app, you can define a list ofyourservices and assign a default price to them. In the order, youcanassign multiple services and use their default price or changeitfor the order. Of course, you don’t have to use prices andservicesin the order at all :) The app allows you to back up thecollecteddata so that it can easily be transferred to anotherdevice. InSettings, you can customize app to the specifics of yourbusiness.The app is able to work in dark mode. The app will fulfillits roleespecially for people doing one-time or cyclical short-termorders,eg. in such professions as: electrician, physiotherapist,plumber,beautician, masseur, fitter, tile worker, tax counselor,legalcounsel, service technician, locksmith, translator and manyothers.Decide for yourself if app fits your needs. **** TERMSANDCONDITIONS **** After installing the app, full functionalityisavailable at all times. The only restriction concerns the amountofdata entered, i.e .: - after entering the tenth order, youcanenter one order for a given day in the order calendar, - youcanadd another client if you have fewer than two, - you cannotrestore data from a backup. In order to fully use the app, youmustpurchase an annual subscription "Full version for a year” bygoingin the app to the Settings -> Purchases menu. Thesubscriptionautomatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24hours beforethe end of the current period. Your account will becharged forrenewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the currentperiod.
