TBS Online is a powerful communication platform to deliver anexcellent school experience to all the stakeholders of the ‘TheBishops School’ including the teachers, the parents and thestudents. The TBS Online is tightly coupled and integrated with TheBishop's School’s ERP system using web services. The system allowsthe app users to receive messages and updates from the school usingpush notification. Besides messaging, the TBS Online App providesreal-time access to school calendar, time table, daily homework,online payment, transportation, attendance, daily orders, gradesetc. The Push Notifications is implemented using differentmessaging servers. For Android, we used the GCM Server, for iPhonewe have used the APNS Server and for Windows Phone, we have usedthe MPNS Server. The App is very simple and easy to use, ensuredaccess o school information system is secure. Key Features: •Ability to add profiles of the children studying or the schoolstaff or both • Ability to receive notifications for the messagessent by the school • Single Sign-on. TBS Online app uses the samestudent code/staff credentials for receiving notifications • Sendand receive one-way mass messages / personalized messages totargeted recipient group (s) / individual(s) • Ability to view themessage details on clicking each message header • Ability to viewthrough the app, the real-time location of the school bus with GPStracker devices, for all the relevant users availing the school busservice • Real-time access to all related school information systemdata depending on the user & the access credentials (usersinclude parent, staff and parents who are staff as well) • Maintaina history of all the messages received from the school • Trackmessage delivery and have incorporated intelligence to takeappropriate action • Access all parent, student and staff contactinformation
