Ο Δήμος Θεσσαλονίκης στα πλαίσιατηςαναβάθμισης των Υπηρεσιών του προς τους πολίτες-δημότες παρέχειμίαεφαρμογή για κινητά τηλέφωνα (smart phones), η οποία διαχέειτηνχαρτογραφική και περιγραφική πληροφορία του portal http://gis.thessaloniki.gr, στηνκινητήτηλεφωνίαΗ συγκεκριμένη εφαρμογή χρησιμοποιεί τα δεδομένα που έχουνήδηεισαχθεί ή που θα εισάγονται μελλοντικά, στο ΓεωγραφικόΣύστημαΠληροφοριών (G.I.S.), και που έχουν σχέση με Σημείαενδιαφέροντος,με δρομολογήσεις εντός του Δήμου (εύρεση &πλοήγηση), μεΑναζήτηση διεύθυνσης με οδό και αριθμό για τους δήμουςΘεσσαλονίκηςκαι Τριανδρίας κ.τ.λ.Στις περιπτώσεις που η εφαρμογή δίνει συντεταγμένες ΕΓΣΑ’87,αυτές έχουν προέλθει από μετασχηματισμό συντεταγμένων απότοΣύστημα του Δήμου Θεσσαλονίκης στο ΕΓΣΑ'87, μεπολυωνυμικόμετασχηματισμό και όχι με απευθείας μετρήσεις πεδίουαπόπολυγωνομετρικά και τριγωνομετρικά σημεία. Το βασικόσύστημααναφοράς για τον Δήμο Θεσσαλονίκης συνεχίζει να είναι τοτοπικόσύστημα που χρησιμοποιεί όλα τα τελευταία χρόνια. Ηυλοποίησησυντεταγμένων στο χώρο από τον χρήστη, πρέπει να γίνεταιμε τηνσωστή χρήση και έλεγχο των γεωδαιτικών σημείωναναφοράς(τριγωνομετρικά, υψομετρικές αφετηρίες και πολυγωνομετρικάσημεία),που παρέχονται από την εφαρμογή, σε τοπικό σύστημααναφοράςΟι πληροφορίες για τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος καταχωρήθηκαν,όπωςαυτά χορηγήθηκαν από τους αρμόδιους φορείςΤο σημείο που πρέπει να δοθεί έμφαση εδώ, είναι η δυνατότηταπουμπορεί να έχει ο πολίτης να αναζητάει τις πληροφορίες αυτές απότηνΒάση Δεδομένων της πόλης και η παρουσίαση αυτών στην κινητήσυσκευήτου. The basicreferencesystem for the Municipality of Thessaloniki is still thelocalsystem using all last year.The utilization of coordinates inspacefrom the user, should be done with the proper use and controlofgeodetic benchmarks (trigonometry, height andpolygonometricstarting points), provided by the application, inlocal referencesystemThe interesting point here is the feature that can get acitizenin order to seek information from the database and presentedthemto the mobile device.
