The dovetail jig calculator is based on amethodof cuttingdovetails on the band saw with spacers. I sawthetechnique in aband saw dvd but couldn't find a good exampleonyoutube. With someexperimentation, I would think thecalculatorwould work with otherapproaches that use spacers.
