And hopefully I will clear up some of the confusionaboutworking out.In the following workout routine I have placed 3different,4-week workout cycles back to back in order to make a 12weekworkout program.Cycle 1: Low Reps - focusing on the strength componentCycle 2: Low-Medium Reps - some people respond better thanothersto this rep range, some people build incredible size doing6-8 reps,and for others, mostly strength is built. This has a lotto do withmuscle fiber composition unique to the individual, butcan also havea lot to do with how the individual rep isperformed.Cycle 3: Medium-High Reps - to focus on size at the expenseofstrength. It is the range most often used by people doing“volume”training, and training for the pump.This program requires you to workout 4 days per week. Ideallyyouwould workout on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Andrest onWednesday's and weekends. But if this doesn't fit yourschedule youcan workout on other days of the week. Just make surethat you donot workout for more then 2 days in a row before takinga dayoff.By doing this you will give your body plenty of timeforrecuperation and muscle growth. Muscles do not grow while youareworking out; they grow while you are resting. Working outwillstress and damage the muscles slightly. Then your body reactsbybuilding up the muscles in order to handle the extra workandstress.You will get big, and you will get strong. But you have todoexactly as I say. Ready? Of course you’re ready!
