I was 15 years oldandwashing dishes(by hand) for $2.10 per hr. That may not soundveryglamorous, butI was hooked right away. The thrill of seeinghappysatisfiedcustomers and the privilege to work with dedicatedhardworkingyoung people is just as rewarding now as it wasthen.Therestaurant was small and the menu very limited but themantrawasthe same. Serve only freshly prepared quality food,andalways,always fill the restaurant with a staff that enjoystheirjob andgenuinely cares about our guests!
