Round By Round(RBR) Weight Loss app isdesignedto help you loose weight. Based on submitted by youdata(weight,height, etc.) this app will calculate exact amountsofmacronutrients that you should be eating daily in order tolooseweight.This weight loss program is called Round By Round becauseitconsists of 4 rounds. And every round consists of 15 days.First12days of each round you will be eating in a caloric deficit,meaningthat you will be eating less calories than you are burningdaily,and during the last 3 days of each round you will beincreasing theamount of carbs that you are eating and starting day1 of the nextround you will again start eating in a caloricdeficit. Increasingamount of carbs during the last 3 days of eachround will help youavoid weight loss plateaus and will replenishglycogen stores whichwill help to elevate energy levels so at thestart of the nextround you can go hard again.While it is not mandatory, it would help you tremendously ifyouwould do Intermittent Fasting while following thisweight loss program. It is recommended to follow 16:8protocol,which means that for 16 hours a day you don't consume anycaloriesat all, but you can drink anything you want as long as thedrinkdoes not contain any calories, and during the 8 hour eatingwindowyou can eat all calories for the day. Recommended drinkswhiledoing Intermittent Fasting are black coffee(no sugar, and nomilk),tea(no sugar, and no milk) and water.With this weigh loss program you will also get a 3 daytrainingroutine. It is not mandatory to follow this trainingroutine. You can follow any training routine you want. As forcardioit is recommended to go for a walk for 45-60min3 times a week. Again, it is not mandatory and you can do anyotherform of cardio you like.To start using the app you first will have to submityourdata(weight, height, etc.). To do that tap on the NewPlanbutton.To create new macro nutrients weight loss plan firstyouhave to choose measurment units(kg/lbs, cm/inches). Then fillinthe form. If you have chosen inches then you should enteryourheight in inches and not feet and inches. Once you have filledinthe form tap on the save button located at the bottom rightcornerof the screen.Once you have successfully created new macronutrients weightlossplan tap on the Go To Plan button. It will take you the listofrounds in total of 4 rounds. Then you should tap on the Round1item in the list. It will take you thelist of days for the round in total of 15 days for the round.Thenyou should tap on Day 1 item in the list. It will taketo the details page for the day. On the detail page you willfindexact amounts of macronutrients that you have to eat for theday.On the same page you will find the workout advice for the day.Ifyou want to do the workout and see details for the workout thentapon the dumbbell icon. If you didn't eat more macronutrientsthanyou were supposed to eat and you did the workout that wasadvisedor any other workout then tap on the green 'Check' button.And ifyou ate more than you were supposed to and/or didn't stick toyourworkout regimen then you should tap on the red cross button.Notethat these buttons are only active once the weight loss planhasbeen created. Also, these buttons become inactive if you tappedonthem once.In order to reset the weight loss plan you should tap on thered'Refresh' button at the top of the screen at the main page whichisthe page that you see when you open the app.You also can submit you current weight so you could see howmuchweight you have lost so far.
