Rest assured,ifthe app has taken some time to install this is perfectlynormal,the app has quite a large size because of all it's features;Theapp will definitely install at some point, we recommendwaitingbetween 10-30 minutes. It is however not unheard of forthisprocess to take longer in some cases, one of our customersreportedit took him an hour and a half before he saw the app appearon hiswatch. We recommend user's don't try to uninstall andreinstall theapp either as that can confuse android wear. Simplyinstall theapplication and wait and eventually you will be able tosee it. We've made thecustomisationoptions available for you from within the smart watch,we like tolower dependancy on the phone by making all functionalityavailablestraight on the watch. To access the customisation optionsfor theaquarium, simply long press the watch to be taken to thewatch faceselection screen, from here navigate to the aquariumwatch face.Underneath the face you will see a little gear icon.Press the gearicon to activate the aquarium options, you can changeeach fish inthe tank as well as the tank itself. You can alsochoose whether ornot to display the battery, date and you can alsochange the clockto 12 or 24 hour variants. --- Q. I'm havingproblems with myphone's connection, why? A. Sometimes on androidwear theconnection between devices encounters some problems. Thisisunfortunately an android wear issue and is therefore somethingthatis unrelated to our product. Users can attempt to change thefaceand will probably see connection problems persist.
