My friend was looking for a binary watch and he couldn't findonethat was really binary. So I decided to make one. All theotherwatches use binary bits to represent one decimal digit andthen putthem together to form a decimal number. In Binary Watch onerow ofbits represents the whole (hours or minutes) value.
