The problem is that they allkeepadding more and more tasks to a growing, jumbled pile. Theseappsjust don’t do what I need them to. So, I started doingsomethingdifferent: every evening, I write tomorrow’s mostimportant taskson a piece of paper. There may be more tasks to addthe next day,but this main list helps me focus on what I need toaccomplish andnot lose sight of my priorities. Then, at the end ofeach day Ithrow out the sheet. If there are tasks I failed tocomplete butwant to tackle the next day, I just write them on a newsheet fortomorrow. This technique has proved to be incrediblyeffective forme, and I find it much easier to complete tasks,projects, and manyother things. And I no longer feel pressured byan ever-growingjumbled task list! The “burnout” I felt every day,looking ateverything I hadn’t accomplished, is gone. Now that I canfocus onsuccess and movement, rather than on the past, I findstaying ontrack much easier. I thought: Why not move this into amobileapplication? And so, GenialTask was born!
