Both brothers became then theowners andchief editors of the paper. The newspaper set forward tobe issuedtwice a week. The headquarters of the newspaper was in thecity ofal-Madina Al Munawwara till the beginning of 1383H when onthe 4thof Safar the same year the Newspaper shifted its location tobeissued from Jeddah. Hisham Hafiz became theeditor-in-chief,Mohammed Ali Hafiz the editing manager and KhalidHafiz wasappointed an administration manager. In Jeddah AlmadinaNews becamea daily newspaper with one day off .The first issue inJeddah wasreleased on the 27th of Rajab 1382H.At that time al Madina newspaper began sponsoring nationalprojectsand ideas such as the call for the expansion of The TwoHolyMosques, and The call for a national university.
