الحديث النبوي أو السنة النبوية عند أهل السنة والجماعة هو ما وردعنالرسول محمد بن عبد الله من قول أو فعل أو تقرير أو صفة خَلقية أوصفةخُلقية أو سيرة سواء قبل البعثة (أي بدء الوحي والنبوة)أوبعدها.[1][2][3][4] والحديث والسنة عند أهل السنة والجماعة هماالمصدرالثاني من مصادر التشريع الإسلامي بعد القرآن.[5] وذلك أنالحديثخصوصا والسنة عموما مبينان لقواعد وأحكام الشريعة ونظمها،ومفصلان لماجاء مجملا في القرآن، ومضيفان لما سكت عنه، وموضحان لبيانهومعانيهودلالاته. كما جاء في سورة النجم: وَمَا يَنْطِقُ عَنِالْهَوَى إِنْهُوَ إِلَّا وَحْيٌ يُوحَى . فالحديث النبوي هو بمثابةالقرآن فيالتشريع من حيث كونه وحياً أوحاه الله للنبي، والحديث والسنةمرادفانللقرآن في الحجية ووجوب العمل بهما، حيث يستمد منهما أصولالعقيدةوالأحكام المتعلقة بالعبادات والمعاملات بالإضافة إلى نظمالحياة منأخلاق وآداب وتربية.[6]قد اهتم العلماء على مر العصور بالحديث النبوي جمعا وتدويناودراسةوشرحا، واستنبطت حوله العلوم المختلفة كعلم الجرح والتعديل وعلممصطلحالحديث وعلم العلل وغيرها، والتي كان الهدف الأساسي منها حفظالحديثوالسنة ودفع الكذب عن النبي وتوضيح المقبول والمردود مما وردعنه.وامتد تأثير هذه العلوم الحديثية في المجالات المختلفةكالتاريخ[7]وما يتعلق منه بالسيرة النبوية وعلوم التراجم والطبقات،بالإضافة إلىتأثيره على علوم اللغة العربية والتفسير والفقهوغيرها.[8]يطلق على الحديث عدة اصطلاحات، فمنها السنّة، والخبر،والأثر.فالحديث من حيث اللغة هو الجديد من الأشياء، والحديث: الخبر،يأتي علىالقليل والكثير، والجمع أحاديث،[9] فالحديث هو الكلام الذييتحدث به،وينقل بالصوت والكتابة. والخبر: هو النبأ، وجمعه أخبار.[10]وهوالعلم،[11] والأثر هو بقية الشيء، وهو الخبر، والجمع آثار.[9]ويقال:أثرت الحديث أثرا أي نقلته.[12] ومن هنا فإن الحديث يترادفمعناه معالخبر والأثر من حيث اللغة.أما اصطلاحا، فإن الحديث هو ما ينسب إلى رسول الله محمد من قول أوفعلأو تقرير أو وصف.[13] والخبر والأثر لفظان آخران يستعملانبمعنىالحديث تماما، وهذا هو الذي عليه اصطلاح جمهورالعلماء.[14]ولكن بعض العلماء يفرقون بين الحديث والأثر، فيقولون: الحديث والخبرهوما يروى عن النبي، والأثر هو ما يروى عن الصحابةوالتابعينوأتباعهم.[15][16]وقيل: الحديث ما جاء عن النبي والخبر ما جاء عن غيره.[17]وقيل: بينهما عموم وخصوص مطلق، فكل حديث خبر وليس كلخبرحديثا.[18]TheHadithor Sunnah when Sunnis and the group is reportedly about theProphetMohammed bin Abdullah said or done or report or recipecongenitalor recipe congenital or biography either before themission (ie thestart of revelation and prophecy) or later.
