بسم الله الرحمن الرحيمالحمد لله رب العالمين وصلى الله على نبينا محمد وعلى آله ومناهتدىبهداه إلى يوم الدين وسلم تسليماً كثيراً، أما بعد:لا يخفى على أحدٍ أهمية الزكاة في الإسلام، فهي الركن الثالثمنأركان الإسلام ولأهميتها قرنت بالصلاة في مواضع كثيرة فيالقرآنالكريم دلالة على أهميتها وعظيم شأنها وبالرجوع إلى كتاب اللهوسنةنبيه - صلى الله عليه وسلم – تتجلى حقيقة الزكاة.وهكذا الصوم، فإن له أهمية عظيمة وهو الركن الرابع من أركانالإسلامفرضه الله على عبادة ليتقربوا به إليه بترك ما تشتهيه أنفسهممن أنواعالمآكل والمشارب وقضاء الوطر..فيظهر بذلك كمال انقيادهموطاعتهملخالقهم رجاء غفران الذنوب ونيل الدرجات..ولما كان لهذين الركنين من عظيم الأهمية كان من المهم بيانأحكامهمابطريقة تتماشى مع جميع شرائح المجتمع من خلال سؤال وجوابمستفاد منفتاوى علمائنا المعاصرين الغنية بالمسائل المهمة التييحتاجها كل مسلم،بأسلوب سهل يتناسب مع كثير من شرائح المجتمع وقدرأيت أنه من المهم جمعفتاوى العلماء المتناثرة وضمها في تطبيقٍ علىالهواتف المحمولة؛ لمالهذه التقنية من انتشار واسع في أرجاءالمعمورة، فقد أصبح الهاتفالمحمول في جيب كل مسلم صغيراً وكبيراًذكراً وأنثى، عالماً وغير عالم،متعلماً وغير متعلم...وقد فاق عدد مستخدمي الجوال 70% من سكان العالم.وفاق الجوال كلاً من التلفاز والإنترنت والراديو من ناحيةاستعراضالمحتوى حيث سهولة التنقل ومرونته في وقت الاستعراضوالخصوصية.كما دخل الجوال مجال خدمات المعلوماتية في الصحة والتعليموالتجارةالإلكترونية والترفيه، وقد تجاوزت تطبيقات الجوال في متجر أبلوحدهثلاثمائة وخمسين ألف تطبيق، ومتجر الأندرويد مائة وخمسين ألفا،وتجاوزعدد التحميلات على متجر "أبل" 10 مليار تحميل.فكان من المهم جمع فتاوى الصيام والزكاة وتطبيقها علىالهواتفالمحمولة ليَعُم نفعها من غير كلفة ، وبهذا يتحقق نشر العلمبطريقةبديعة سهلة الوصول.وأما الكتب التي استفدت منها هذا الجمع ، فمن كتبعلمائناالمعاصرين:1ـ مجموع الفتاوى للشيخ ابن باز رحمه الله.2ـ مجموع الفتاوى للشيخ ابن عثيمين رحمه الله.3ـ فتاوى الشيخ ابن باز من نور على الدرب.4ـ فتاوى الشيخ ابن عثيمين من نور على الدرب.5ـ فتاوى الشيخ ابن عثيمين من لقاء الباب المفتوح.6ـ فتاوى علماء اللجنة الدائمة [ المجموعة الأولى والثانية ]7ـ فتاوى الشيخ عبد الرحمن الجبرين رحمه الله.8 ـ المنتقى من فتاوى الشيخ صالح الفوزان.وأما عن عملي في هذا الجمع فكالآتي:1ـ وضع عناوين رئيسية موافقة لمضمون المسألة، من غير التزامبماكانت عليه في مصادرها.2ـ ترتيب الفتاوى في أبواب مستقلة؛ ليسهل الرجوع إليهاعندالحاجة.3ـ تكرار المسألة الواحدة في عدة أبواب؛ لوجود المناسبة.4ـ عزو كل فتوى إلى مصدرها مع توثيقها برقم المجلد والصفحةفيالغالب.5ـ أنقل السؤال والجواب كما هو ونادراً ما أقوم باختصارهما.6ـ أقوم بتخريج الآيات واجعلها بين قوسين7ـ أقوم بتخريج الحديث وجعله بين قوسينهذا وقد بلغ عدد الفتاوى المجموعة في هذا التطبيق أكثر منألفينفتوى بالمكرر حسب الحاجة إلى التكرار.وأسأل الله تعالى بمنِّه وكرمه أن يجعل هذا العمل خالصاًلوجههالكريم وأن ينفعنا به يوم لا ينفع مال ولا بنون. وأن يعفو عنَّاوعنوالدينا والمسلمين أجمعين وأن يغفر ويوفق من كان سبباً في إخراجونشرهذا التطبيق.وآخر دعوانا أن الحمد لله رب العالمينكتبه: وهيب بن عبده بن عثمان المقطريIn the name of GodtheMercifulPraise be to Allah and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad andandguided Bhadah to the Day of Judgment much peace andrecognition, butafter: It is no secret to anyone the importance of ZakatinIslam, it is the third pillar of Islam and paired importanceofprayer in many places in the Qur'an indication of itsimportanceand great will and by reference to the Book of Allah andthe Sunnahof His Prophet - peace be upon him - reflected the factthatzakat.
