Tango Blaster is a simple game that allows youto use your Tango device to battle robots. The device can be pairedwith a bluetooth blaster controller to make the game even morerealistic. Please note that, at the moment, the Tango Blasterhardware required for this game is not publicly available. However,the game will work with most bluetooth controllers if you’reinterested in rolling your own.

Measure It is a simple application that allowsyou to take measurements of the world with your Project Tangodevice. Simply point the device at what you’d like to measure anduse the cursor to place points. Your measurements will be displayedin an Augmented Reality view. Please note that this application isstill experimental and that measurements are approximate.

Project Tango Core is used to update theProject Tango framework. This component provides core functionalityfor Project Tango applications. Project Tango applications will notwork if you uninstall Project Tango Core.Project Tango Core also installs the Project Tango PermissionManager application, which allows you to see the applications youhave granted Project Tango permissions to, and revoke thosepermissions if desired. Do not uninstall Project Tango PermissionManager, as it will also uninstall Project Tango Core.Note: This application requires a Project Tango compatibledevice to run.

This app enables you to inspect important dataassociated with an ADF as you walk around the area where that ADFwas created.It reveals insights about where successful localization occurs,where it does not occur, and thus implies where an ADF should beimproved. It may also help you better understand how your ProjectTango device is sensing and recognizing its environment, which hasvaluable implications if you are developing apps that use ADFs.

Tangosaurs is a technical demonstration builtwith Unity that showcases Tango technology. The applicationexercises motion tracking, depth perception, and, optionally, arealearning to take users on a hunt for fossils. To use Tangosaurs,you’ll want to make sure you have enough open space for theexperience, at least a 10ft by 10ft space.
