But due to injury and study Istop training 3 years ago and to focus on my studies in IT. So I couldadjust my training, frequency, diet or sleep whenever my weights,reps or volume of my workout begin to drop.No fancy 1 rep calculators or 10 thousand options to pick from,no locking me into isolating body parts, just quickly and easilyenter my exercise, weight and reps, and having the app calculatevolume and draw me some graphs of my progress. Letting me decidedif I should keep the current training regiment, or begin to tweakmy program again.Upgrading from free version guide, 4 steps.Step 1Backup your data. You can find this option in the settingsmenu.Step 2Locate your backup file, and back it up somewhere safe.
