This Application will help the user inreciting the powerful Ṇamokara mantra.The Ṇamokara mantra alsovariously referred to as the Navakar Mantra or the Namaskar Mantraor the Pancha Parameshti Namaskar, is the most important mantraused in Jainism.While reciting this mantra, the devotee bows withrespect to humans who have cleared their karmas (arihants), fullyliberated souls (siddhas), spiritual leaders (acharyas), teachers(upajjhayas) and monks.In this prayer there is no mention of anynames, including that of the Tirthankaras. Jains do not ask for anyfavors or material benefits from the Tirthankaras or from sadhusand sadhvis. This mantra simply serves as a gesture of deep respecttowards beings they believe are more spiritually advanced and toremind followers of the Jain religion of their ultimate goal ofnirvana or moksa.
