Main Componentsof Bhopal Plus application are: Collaboration platform, Citizenservice delivery, City dashboard and Grievance redressal platform1) Collaboration Platform- The collaboration platform forms anintegral part of Bhopal Plus, which envisions engaging citizens ingovernance processes through participatory governance. The platformhelps the people of the city to participate in the policy-makingand decision-making process of the government through contributionin governance. Some of the salient features of the citizencollaboration module integrated in the platform are: a) Citizenscan collaborate and provide inputs/opinions on various policyrelated and local governance topics through discussions, polls andsurveys b) Solicit popular opinion from citizens through polls andsurveys on various topics of relevance for making intelligent andappropriate decisions to benefit the people c) Enable citizenparticipation in on-ground, online contests and volunteer work tosupport government 2) Citizen service delivery - The feature allowscitizens to avail citizen centric services available on the BhopalPlus platform. Citizens will have the provision to request/track inorder to get desired results from a service. The desired resultscould be in the form of a certificate being requested, applicationid for a service request, making payments for utility bills andgeneration of utility bills, etc. 3) City dashboard- Theapplication consists of a public dashboard which will disseminatelive data feeds related to the Bhopal city and would also providequantitative analysis of citizen engagement and service deliverythrough the Bhopal Plus application 4) Grievance redressal- Theapplication provides the provision to submit citizen grievances andtrack the status of the submitted grievances

They can alsocheck the live status of complains posted. Users can also viewcomplete history of complains done by them till date.
