Minutes In Seconds was created to helpsmall,medium and large businesses organise their meetings, all fromtheconvenience of your smart phone or tablet. Currently thereexistAndroid smart phone and iPhone versions of the App, withtabletversions soon to follow, adding even more functionality toanalready feature packed App.

The free version of the app has in-App ads and is limited to1conducted meeting per week (there is no limit on the numberofmeetings you can schedule). The premium version of the app,whichcan be purchase via an in-App purchase removes the ads andremovesthe limits on conducted meetings. Also available in thepremiumversion is back up of meetings just in case somethinggoeswrong.

Keep track of meetings:
Use the app to schedule meetings, include information suchasmeeting title, meeting date, time, meeting location, inviteesetc.The app will create a google calendar event for you,inviteeveryone you selected and also generate the calendarnotificationsand app notification to warn just before a meetingscheduled tostart so you have time to prepare.

Also included is the ability to easily and quicklyreschedulemeetings and delete them from your calendarcompletely.

Conduct Meetings:
Without the Premium upgrade the app limits your conductedmeetingsto 1 per week. When you buy the Premium license there is nolimitto the number of meetings you can conduct.

Record attendance:
Just before a meeting starts record who has actually turned up,andrecord a chair person for the meeting.

Record meeting audio:
Record the entire meeting audio in a .mp4 format, so nowevenmeetings that last for hours can be stored efficientlyusingminimal storage capacity. This functionality can be turned onandoff if only written notes are required. Please note. bydefaultauto record is turned on.

Take meeting minutes:
The entire app has evolved around the idea that there is noeasycross platform solution to generate and take meetingminuteseasily. With just a simple button press you can createnumberedminutes which can be exported from the app via email. Usingthein-app features you can also make the audio skip to the minuteandlisten to what was talked about when the minute was taken.

Record Action Items:
During meetings record action items and assign them toattendees,with a due date and time, a calendar entry is created foreach itemand you are given notifications when the action item isdue toremind you to follow up on it.

Record Decisions:
Meeting outcomes and decisions are an important part of anymeeting,with just the press of one button you can add decisions tothemeeting and later on listen to the audio of what was talkedaboutwhen the decision was made.

Create Contacts:
When inviting people to a meeting, if someone is not in yourphonecontacts, it is possible to add them via our inbuilt addcontactsscreen, including assigning a Mobile phone number, an emailaddressand a contact photo. These contacts will be added to yourphonecontacts by default, future versions of the app will allowforcontacts to be added directly to google contacts.

Meeting Backup (Premium only):
Via the settings menu you can backup and import meetings in caseyoufind the need to switch phones or move to a tablet or for anyotherreason.
