Think of something that you would like to be true about you oryour life.

Repeat this process for as many areas as you would like so thatyou have a number of positive statements. Common areas that peopleuse affirmations are Health, Finances, Career, Relationships,Family, Study, Emotional Wellbeing and Spirituality.
