This map is a ported replica of the areaaround Idlewood in Los Santos, San Andreas. GTA San Andreas is anold and still quite popular game (and especially so the onlineversion known as SA-MP). The map was created a few years back as asurvival hunger games map for the PC version of Minecraft but hassince been ported to Pocket Edition. The Dungeon Pack Mod adds 11 randomlygenerated dungeons to the game. Most of them feature some type ofmob spawner and usually a chest filled with treasures. It’s a greataddition for exploration in Minecraft as it expands on things whichyou can discover. It’s also a great challenge as each structurewill be guarded by hostile mobs.How does it work?All different types of dungeon will generate at random in yourworlds. The generation frequency is quite high which causes thestructures to be spawned very often. However, some structures onlyspawn in certain biomes, e.g. the igloo in snow biomes and soon.SettingsPress the back button to open the game menu. Then press the Dungeonbutton in the bottom left corner of the screen to open the dungeonsettings tab. Here you can disable spawning for certain structures.You’ll notice quickly that some structures spawn quite frequently.That’s why this option is really useful.These settings are global. The Wyverns Mod adds a new dragon likecreatureto the Nether. It is hostile and very dangerous but whenslainthere’s a chance it might drop an egg which you can use tohatchyour own wyvern. The wyvern can then be used as a flyingmount. Theyexist in six different colors. The black and white onesare the bestas they are stronger, faster and they will also giveits a rider anight vision effect.TamingThe wyverns are hostile mobs spawning in the Nether. You willhaveto slay these creatures in order to obtain some eggs which willbeused to hatch your own wyvern.To go to the Nether use a Nether Portal. Build the structure with14obsidian blocks and then use a flint and steel on the twobottomblocks to activate the portal.Make sure difficulty is set to max otherwise the wyvernswon’tappear.As they are flying you might need a bow to kill them. The eggsarequite rare so it might take several kills before finallygettingone.Now when you’ve got the egg use the Nether portal to return totheOverworld to hatch the egg. Place down the egg preferably inafenced area and wait for it to hatch.For me it took 3 minutes for the egg to hatch. It’s still notfullgrown and requires some more time to grow to its fullsize.RidingOnce it has grown up you can place a normal saddle on the backofthe creature to ride it. Press the jump button to get off. Torideit again tap on it with an empty hand.Saddle (329) – 3 leathers + 2 iron ingotsThere are six different colored wyverns.
