This android application will help user to 1. search train betweentwo stations 2. local train running status from railway database.3. It maintains history of search so user can check the status fromhistory list. (Unique feature) Target audience of this app is localtrain travelers In most of the apps the running status for localtrain feature is not available. Even if it is available, user needsto know the train number. Also user has to navigate lots of screensto get the live running status. People who travel by local trainare interested to the running status and timetable. This app willsuit for them. Additionally it keeps track of last 10 searchhistory from where user can access the train details quickly. Beinga local train traveler, I found lots of gaps (in terms of searchinglive status) in the existing apps so I thought of developing thisapp which fetches correct data from railway database. As dailypassengers travel everyday so they don’t have much time to spendfor checking live status or timetable. This light weight app willbe perfect companion to the mentioned travelers.
