Besøget blev beskrevet som "en flytning værd", ogderved som langt over standarden for samtlige tre-stjernederestauranter verden over. The visit was described as "a move worth", andthus far the standard for the three-star restaurants around theworld. We therefore chose not to compromise with our conscience,and thanked no to the three stars because it was simplyunacceptable.
