In ‘Fat Pig’ you control a pig and your goal is to eat asmanycupcakes as possible, while avoiding to fall into the waterorblack holes. The game is structured in 20 levels and istargetedmainly for kids, though waiting in line at a doctor’soffice mightbe good as a time-waster for adults as well.

’When the pigs fly’ … tap. Controlling your character in‘FatPig’ is very easy, when each level starts if you tap once thepigstarts running, all you have to do subsequently is simply tapwhenyou want to jump over an obstacle or to change your directiontocollect items. This is one of the reasons that makes thegamesuitable for kids, you basically control the game with asingletapping finger. The pig will also do a rotation when itjumps, butthat’s just for show.

Collect cupcakes. My experience with pigs is that they willeatanything and everything but in ‘Fat Pig’ he’s lucky enough toeatonly cupcakes. All throughout the game the goal is to eat asmanycupcakes as possible, the more you eat the higher the score(butkids, in real-life you have to eat balanced meals). At the endofeach level you are gratified with a large cupcake, that youreachin a Mario-esque jumping style.

20 levels. The game has 20 different levels, and as youprogressyou are able to play any of the ones you’ve alreadyfinished. Itstarts easy, as in the first level there is only alittle water youhave to jump over (and as a tip if you fell in thewater just tapagain to get out fast), but subsequent levelsincrease a bit indifficulty. In higher levels there will also benew obstacles, suchas black holes, falling rocks and you’ll gethelp from jumpingsprings.

Twinkle, twinkle little pig-star. When you finish a levelyoureceive stars based on how well you did, basically the higherthescore the more stars you get (to a maximum of 3).

Fun graphics and sound. ‘Fat Pig’ has fun graphics andasoundtrack fit for the situation and enjoyable for kids. Ifyoudon’t want to hear any music or sound effects you can disableitfrom the main screen of the game.
