Name?™ NZ is an extremely useful tool foroutdoor people of all sorts, whether land- or water-based. Itanswers questions like "what's that hill called?" in real-time asyou pan around with your camera.The app comes pre-loaded with a database of almost 11,000hills/mountains, lakes, passes, glaciers, rocks and islands - noInternet connection is required.Geographic features out to a maximum range of 50km from yourcurrent position are displayed. Feature labels are colour-graded toindicate relative range (white = 'near', blue = 'far'). The 'rangefilter' slider allows you to refine what is displayed.
