تم تطوير هذا التطبيق من قبل شركة Ourjouwan.comبالتعاون مع بلدية بعلبك.هذا التطبيق يسهل عملية التواصل بين بلدية بعلبك والسكان أو أي شخصمهتم بالبلدة عبر تلقي تبليغات وإرسال شكاوى وإقتراحات مما يساهم فيتطوير وتحسين العمل البلدي.كما أنه يُقدم معلومات حول البلدية من أخبار ونشاطات ومهرجانات ممايساهم في تنشيط السياحة بالاضافة الى الدليل المفصل للمؤسسات التجاريةوالسياحية والإجتماعية والخدماتية في البلدة.من أهم ميزات هذا التطبيق• يسهل عملية التواصل بين البلدية والاهالي والسكان المتواجدين ضمنالنطاق البلدي او خارجه ضمن الوطن وفي المهجر.• الاشتراك في هذا البرنامج مجاناً للمستخدمين .• يمكن استعمال هذا البرنامج للقيام بعملية احصائية لاهالي وسكانالمدينة/البلدة.• تأكيد تلقائي لهاتف المستخدم عبر إرسال رمز تأكيد على جواله للتأكدمن صحة المعلومات.• إمكانية التواصل مع شريحة جديدة وكبيرة من المواطنين ولاسيما الجيلالجديد.• لا حدود لطول الرسالة التي يمكن ارسالها ولا حدود لعدد الرسائل التييمكن ارسالها كما ويمكن ارسالها باللغة التي تريد ( عربي – انكليزي –فرنسي).• يمكن للاهالي الجواب على الرسالة التي تصلهم بحيث يتم تفعيل عمليةالتواصل بين البلدية والاهالي.• يمكن للبلدية ان تستعمل هذا البرنامج لابلاغ الاهالي بقراراتوبلاغات المجلس البلدي. كما انها تستعمل للمعايدات. كما يمكن للاهاليالتعليق على هذه القرارات والبلاغات التي تصل اليهم ويمكن الاستناداليها لمعرفة مدى تقبل الاهالي للافكار المطروحة.يمكن للبلدية ان تقوم بانشاء جدول زمني للمناسبات والنشاطات(calendar) وابلاغ الاهالي بهذه النشاطات(محاضرة – حفلة – مهرجان –توقيع كتاب – حملة تلقيح – فحوصات طبية - ...)• يستعمل البرنامج لتبليغ اعضاء المجلس البلدي عن اجتماعات الدورية اواللجان او الاهالي ومعرفة من سيحضر ومن سيتغيب.• يمكن اعتماده من قبل الاوقاف والجمعيات كوسيلة لتبليغ المنتسبينباخر الأخبار (إجتماع، وفاة، عزاء،...)• يمكن ان يستعمل البرنامج للقيام بعملية استفتاء للاهالي عن موضوعمحدد ومعرفة النتائج.• يمكن ان يستعمل البرنامج كصندوق للاقتراحات والملاحظات والشكاوىللاهالي بحيث تصبح عملية التواصل سهلة وسريعة.• يتضمن البرنامج دليل بحيث يمكن ان يستعمل كدليل للمؤسسات والمحالالتجارية وجميع المرافق ضمن نطاق البلدية بحيث انه يسهل عملية الاحصاءوالتواصل والتفتيش عن اية مرفق او وظيفة او مؤسسة.• يمكن اعتماد البرنامج كوسيلة للدعاية للمحال التجارية والمؤسساتمقابل بدل معين للبلدية بحيث يصبح هذا المشروع مصدر دخل للبلدية.This application wasdeveloped by Ourjouwan.com company in collaboration with theMunicipality of Baalbek.This application facilitates communication between themunicipality and Baalbek residents or anyone interested in the townthrough the process to receive notifications and send complaintsand suggestions which contributes to the development andimprovement of municipal work.It also provides information about the municipality of news,activities and festivals, which contributes to the revitalizationof tourism as well as a detailed guide commercial, tourist andsocial service institutions in the town.Of the most important features of this application• facilitate communication between the municipality and thepeople and the process of the population who are within or outsidethe municipal band in the home and in the Diaspora.• participate in this program free of charge to users.• You can use this program to do a statistical process for thepeople and residents of the city / town.• Automatic confirmation of the phone user by sending aconfirmation code on his mobile phone to make sure the informationis correct.• Ability to communicate with new and large segment of citizens,especially the new generation.• No limit to the length of the message that can be sent or limitsto the number of messages that can be sent as it can be sent in thelanguage you want (Arabic - English - French).• The answer to the people the message that came to be activatedcommunication between the municipality and locals process.• The municipality can use this program to inform familiesresolutions and reports of the municipal council.
