تحظى التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية فيالمملكةالعربية السعودية باهتمام بالغ في عهد خادم الحرمين الشريفينالملكعبد الله بن عبد العزيز وفقه الله تعالى أملاً في تحقيقالمفهومالمتكامل للتنمية وقد تجسد هذا المفهوم في مشاريع وبرامج عديدةمنها :مراكز التنمية الاجتماعية .التي صدر قرار مجلس الوزراء ذو الرقم (خمسة عشر)المؤرخ فيالحاديعشر من شهر محرم لعام ألف وثلاثمائة وستة وثمانين للهجرةبإنشائها فيجميع أنحاء مملكتنا الغالية.و بفضل من الله عز وجل تمت موافقة سعادة وكيل الوزارةالمساعدللتنمية الاجتماعية على تشكيل لجنة التنمية الاجتماعيةبالسلمانية والتي تخدم ( حي السلمانية و حي المحمدية وحي المعلمين )بمحافظةالأحساء برقم ( 164) ، وذلك في 25/2/1426هـ.ولجان التنمية الاجتماعية مؤسسات تقوم على أسس تنظيميةتستهدفالنهوض بالمجتمع بأسلوب حديث يوجه جهود الأفراد نحو عمل مشتركمعالجهود الحكومية لتلبية الاحتياجات وحل المشكلاتواستثمارالطاقات،Given the economicandsocial development in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia withgreatinterest in the era of the Custodian of the Two Holy MosquesKingAbdullah bin Abdul Aziz and the jurisprudence of God in thehope ofachieving an integrated concept of development has beenreflectedthis concept in many projects and programs, including:Social Development Centers.By the Council of Ministers issued a decision number (fifteen)ofthe atheist tenth month of Muharram of the year one thousandthreehundred and eighty-six of migration have created acrossourKingdom.And the grace of God Almighty has His ExcellencyAssistantUndersecretary for Social Development approval for theformation ofthe Commission for Social Development Balslmanah andserving(Salmaniya district and neighborhood Muhammadiyahinspiredteachers) province of Al-Ahsa number (164), and in25/02/1426AH.Committees social development institutions based onregulatorygrounds targeting the advancement of society in a modernstyledirects the efforts of individuals jointly work withthegovernment's efforts to meet the needs and solve problems andtoinvest energies,
