This Android app works with the web app - Ventipix Asset&Inventory Manager: https://ai.ventipix.com *** To get startedwiththe app visit - https://ai.ventipix.com - and create yourfreeaccount. *** The web app enables you to track and manage assetsandinventory online. It uses this Android app for scanningbarcodes,including QR Codes, and tapping NFC Tags. The datacaptured, when abarcode is scanned or a NFC tag is tapped, is sentback to theserver (where the web app resides), along withadditional customdata relating to the asset or the inventory. Allcaptured data canbe seen and managed from the dashboard of the webapp. The web appallows you to view, update, and delete records. Italso shows thelogs of who performed what action. For assets, theapp has thefollowing operations: - Asset Tagging - this serviceallows you toupdate or add assets to the system - Check out - thisserviceallows you to record who has borrowed or is possession of anasset- Check in - this service allows you to record when anassethas been returned - Maintenance - this service allows you tokeepan asset's maintenance history up to date - Auditing - thisserviceallows you keep records for asset audits - Reservations -thisservice allows you to reserve assets that shouldn't be checkedoutwithin a certain time frame. For the inventory, the app hasthefollowing operations: - Inventory Tagging - this service allowsyouto update or add inventory to the system - Stock-take -thisservice allows you to count stock by scanning barcodes or NFCtags - Add/Reduce Stock - this service allows you to changestockquantity - Inventory Transfer - this operation allows youtotransfer an inventory's quantity from one location to anotherFordeliveries, the app has the following operations: - GoodsReceived- track goods received when deliveries have been made. Knowwherethey were put, quantity received etc. Importing PurchaseOrdersfrom QuickBooks is supported. - Goods Dispatched - updatethestatus of products that you transport. For Work In Progress(WIP) ,the app has the following operation: WIP Tracking -updatethe status of a product as it moves from one productionprocess toanother.
