Moduli FREE Edition is a number puzzle gameconsisting of two types of number puzzles: modTiles and Cross-mod.The central feature connecting both puzzles is the commanding roleof golden moduli numbers in determining the behavior of thepuzzles.Each puzzle in Moduli contains one or more gold colored numberswhich are called golden moduli. These golden moduli determine howcounting works within the puzzle. When counting reaches the goldenmodulus, it instead starts over at zero and continues from there.For example, counting "1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10" with a goldenmodulus of 5 would instead be "1, 2, 3, 4, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 0".The main puzzle type in Moduli is the modTiles puzzle game. Thegoal is to clear (set to zero) all of the tiles at the same time.When a tile is tapped, that tile and all adjacent tiles increase byone subject to their golden moduli. This puzzle is a bit like anumerical Rubik's Cube with regard to the way that making one smallchange causes changes to ripple through the whole puzzle.Cross-mod is the second puzzle type in Moduli. The positions oftiles in the puzzle are swapped with each other until the sums ofthe rows and columns are equal to the numbers on the ends subjectto their golden moduli. It is somewhat similar to Sudoku in thateach tile must meet multiple shared requirements at the sametime.Moduli FREE Edition contains four chapters, each with ten episodesand one hidden puzzle for a total of forty episodes and four hiddenpuzzles. Each puzzle episode includes a set version of the puzzleand nearly unlimited randomized bonus versions of the puzzle,allowing the puzzle to be replayed and fully mastered.Moduli starts off easy but gets difficult very quickly.
